Associate Professor Gao Mei, female, was born in Jinan, Shandong Province, 1969. 199 1 graduated from the history department of Shandong Normal University, and has been working in Linyi Normal University since then. 1995 ——1998, graduate student of history department of Shandong university, master of history. He is currently an associate professor at the College of Arts of Linyi University.
