Professor Cai Zixing is from Putian, Fujian. Professor Cai is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, intelligent control and intelligent robots. It enjoys a high reputation in the fields of intelligent system, robot and automatic control, and is one of the academic leaders in the fields of intelligent control, artificial intelligence and robot in China. He has made important contributions to the development of intelligent science and technology in China, and is known as "the founder of intelligent control in China" and "the first person in artificial intelligence teaching in China".

1978 puts forward the mathematical model of control instruction of thyristor DC reversible automatic speed regulation system. 1985, he pioneered the robot planning expert system in the world. 1986 was the first to put forward the "four-element cross structure theory" of intelligent control in the world, and it was included in the encyclopedia of China. 1999 puts forward the idea and architecture of evolutionary control, and establishes the prototype of evolutionary control system. 200 1 puts forward the preliminary framework and subject characteristics of the subject system of intelligent science. Professor Cai worked hard to overcome difficulties and insisted on teaching students, especially undergraduates, in the front line of teaching.
