Third, pre-school preparation

1. When freshmen report for duty, they must submit a charity bag (see attachment 1) and a documentary article on charity activities (mainly recording the story of participating in charity activities this summer, requiring no less than 1000 words) to the college counselor. In addition, the school encourages freshmen to share their stories of public welfare activities in the form of pictures or words. 2. In order to facilitate freshmen to complete the registration procedures more smoothly and quickly, the school will collect student information in advance. Freshmen should log on to the website /indispace/index.htm before August 1 to August 30, fill in personal information (including personal health information) completely and correctly according to the guidelines, carefully study the "Questions and Answers on Basic Knowledge of AIDS Prevention Health Education in Guangdong Province", and complete the "Questions and Answers on Basic Knowledge of AIDS Prevention in Schools" with a score of over 90. 4. Freshmen's files include: (1) high school graduates registration form (2) student status form (3) college entrance examination physical examination form (4) college entrance examination registration form (5) political examination form (6) organizational relationship (volunteer letter and party member materials, etc.). ). After receiving the letter of admission, students should consult the original middle school or the Admissions Office about file transfer. If the school or admissions office requires students to bring their own files, the school should seal the files and the students themselves are not allowed to open them privately. When they register for school, they should give it to the counselor of their department.

5. If you need to apply for a national student loan, freshmen should bring a copy of their parents' valid ID cards. If there are special circumstances, such as the death of parents and orphans, you don't need to bring them.

1. Freshmen will receive a detailed "Registration Notice" at the General Newspaper and Freshmen Reception Station, with the specific location, registration flow chart and precautions for each college. Freshmen who intend to apply for national student loans must provide as detailed and accurate information as possible in strict accordance with the requirements of the application materials when preparing the application materials.

2. Pay attention to safety when registering, and take good care of cash, certificates and luggage. Don't carry a lot of cash. Keep your ID card separately from other documents or bank cards. Take care of your belongings when you take the bus. Take valuables with you.
