The school attaches great importance to discipline construction. The discipline arrangement involves four disciplines, namely, art, literature, engineering and management, 12 first-class discipline, and 34 undergraduate majors. A discipline layout featuring design as the leading factor, art as the foundation, related disciplines as the support, and traditional arts and crafts is constructed.
Design is a high-level discipline "peak discipline" construction discipline in Shandong Province. Design art, fine arts, drama, film and television are the key disciplines in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Shandong Province, among which design art is the key characteristic discipline in Shandong Province.
Design art and art are the positions of "Taishan scholars". Art theory, design and fine arts are the authorized points of first-class disciplines, while art design, fine arts, radio and television are the authorized disciplines of professional master of arts (MFA). In the list of "Best Discipline Ranking in China in 2022", the design degree of this school ranks sixth and continues to rank among the top 5% disciplines in China.
2. Chongqing Normal University
The discipline construction system of the school is complete. The first-level disciplines cover philosophy, law, economics, education, literature, science and so on 1 1 disciplines. There are 3 first-level disciplines authorized for doctor's degree, 25 first-level disciplines authorized for master's degree, two disciplines 1, master's degree authorization point 14, and 74 undergraduate majors.

There are 6 dominant disciplines, including mathematics and information science, literature and art culture, life science and green ecology, intelligent materials and new energy, regional economy and industrial development, and teacher education.
