Yin Xiaohu, male, born in 1959, member of NLD, is currently the deputy director and professor of the Institute of Law of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He is also the executive director of China Constitutional Law Research Association, the deputy director-general of Shanghai Constitutional Law Research Association, the director of Shanghai CPPCC Theory Research Association, the director of Shanghai Letters and Calls Society, the director of Shanghai Rule of Law Research Association, the director of Shanghai United Front Research Association, and the senior lecturer of Shanghai Legal Lecturer Group. Member of the 10th and 11th Shanghai CPPCC, and deputy of the 3rd Songjiang District People's Congress. He used to be the deputy director of the research office of East China University of Political Science and Law, the executive deputy editor of Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law, the librarian of East China University of Political Science and Law, the director of the Research Center of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, the leader of the postgraduate tutor group of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, and the leader of the discipline of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. His main research interests are constitutional law and administrative law, the history of Chinese legal system, and the study of democratic politics in contemporary China.
