How should college students improve their legal consciousness?

First, strengthen the enrichment of college students' legal knowledge and the cultivation of legal interest. Various ways and flexible methods can be adopted to enrich students' legal awareness.

Second, create a campus atmosphere conducive to the cultivation of college students' legal concepts, so that students can feel that the law is everywhere and learn everywhere.

Third, college students should dare to fight against illegal and criminal acts. The construction of legal system should ultimately serve social practice. College students know some basic knowledge of law more or less, but they are not completely ignorant of law. Every student has been educated in traditional ethics since childhood and has been exposed to the basic knowledge of law for a long time. Nowadays, when the personal rights of college students are violated, most of them choose to avoid and tolerate, thinking that more is better than less. Although they have certain legal knowledge, they have not really internalized legal knowledge into legal consciousness, and have not really explored the spirit of law and its value, fairness and justice, and their trust in law is low.

College students are in an important period of the formation and development of world outlook, outlook on life and values. In this period, college students urgently need to keep learning and strive to improve and perfect themselves under the correct education and guidance of the school. Article 7 Public security organs, people's procuratorates, people's courts and judicial administrative departments shall be responsible for the prevention of juvenile delinquency by specialized institutions or personnel who have received professional training and are familiar with the physical and mental characteristics of minors.

Article 8 Communist Youth League, women's federations, trade unions, disabled persons' federations, committees for caring for the next generation, youth federations, student federations, young pioneers and relevant social organizations shall assist people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments, people's procuratorates and people's courts in preventing juvenile delinquency, cultivate social forces and provide support services for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.

Article 9 The state encourages, supports and guides social organizations such as social work service agencies to participate in the work related to the prevention of juvenile delinquency, and strengthens supervision.
