In view of the problems existing in the teaching of physical education ecology in contemporary colleges and universities, this paper makes the following analysis: compared with other disciplines, physical education is very different and complicated. College physical education is based on human, nature and society, and it is also the stage of its development. First of all, college physical education is mainly for students and teachers, so they belong to the category of people; Nature in college physical education refers to teaching venues, equipment and other equipment; The sports spirit and teachers' teaching concept in schools belong to the social category. Therefore, the reasons for the lack of ecological sports teaching in contemporary colleges and universities mainly start from three aspects: people, nature and society. First of all, from a human point of view, physical education class has no certain position in the study courses of universities, and it can even be said that it is dispensable.
