I don't know much about Hebei University of Technology. On the surface, Hangzhou Dianzi University is a science and engineering major, but the oldest major is accounting. Of course, their science and engineering are ok, but the ratio of male to female in this school is extremely unbalanced, especially in science and engineering. This is my real experience.
