Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II General Situation of Schools
Article 2 Full name of the school: Wenzhou University, enrollment code: 1035 1. Venue: Chashan Higher Education Park, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
Article 3 Certificate issuance: Graduate students complete the training and meet the graduation requirements within the prescribed time limit, and the school will issue a master's diploma from Wenzhou University; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's master's degree award will be awarded the master's degree certificate of Wenzhou University by the school.
Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 4 The school shall set up a leading group for postgraduate enrollment, which shall be fully responsible for the postgraduate enrollment of the school, study and formulate policies and rules for the enrollment of the school, determine enrollment plans, and decide on major enrollment matters.
Article 5 The Graduate School of a school is a permanent institution that organizes and implements enrollment and related work, and is responsible for the daily work of graduate enrollment.

Chapter IV Enrollment Types and Plans
Article 7 The postgraduate students enrolled in our school are divided into full-time postgraduate students and part-time postgraduate students according to their learning methods. Full-time full-time study majors only recruit non-directional employment graduate students. Part-time graduate students in our school are only allowed to apply for on-the-job orientation employment, and the application category is required to be orientation. Directional employment of graduate students (hereinafter referred to as directional students) must sign a directional employment contract with the admissions unit and the employer before being admitted. Directional students are employed according to the directional contract, and if their wages, household registration and personnel files are not transferred during their school days, they can enjoy the wages and benefits stipulated by the directional unit that signed the agreement. Graduate students with non-directional employment must transfer their personnel files to our school. After graduation, I and the employer will choose employment in both directions.
Article 8 For details of full-time majors in our school, please refer to the Catalogue of Enrollment for Postgraduates of Wenzhou University in 2022. Our school enrolls "part-time" postgraduates with professional degrees, namely: finance, law (law), modern educational technology, primary education, mental health education, preschool education, journalism and communication, subject teaching (history), machinery, resources and environment.
Article 9 Our school accepts and recommends candidates who study for master's degree without examination (hereinafter referred to as "students without examination"). For the professional catalogue of exemption students, please refer to the Recommended Professional Catalogue of Exemption Postgraduates of Wenzhou University in 2022. Article 10 Length of study: The basic length of study (academic system) for graduate students in our school is 2.5-3 years. See the postgraduate training plan of each degree point for details.

Chapter V Registration Conditions
Article 12 Applicants who apply for the national postgraduate entrance examination in our university must meet the following conditions:
(1) China and China citizens.

(four) the academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including adult higher education organized by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and those who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree Certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in that year) and above, and the undergraduate graduates who have obtained the diploma recognized by the state, meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of this unit, and sign up for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.

Thirteenth registration to participate in the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions.

(2) Applicants for the 035 102 Law (Law) Postgraduate Entrance Examination must meet the following conditions:
1. meets the requirements of article 12.
2. The major studied before entering the exam is law (only for graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the catalogue of undergraduate majors in ordinary colleges and universities, law graduates in the form of self-study exams, etc.). You can apply for a professional degree in law (law) and get a second bachelor's degree in law.
Fourteenth registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation). In principle, fresh graduates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where their school is located to handle online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedures; Other candidates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination management institution where their work or residence is located for online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation). Article 15 Matters needing attention in registration:

2. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, our school will review the original registration materials such as candidates' academic certificates and candidates' qualifications during the second interview. 3. The mailing address and telephone number are mainly used to inform the second interview and send the admission notice. Chapter VI Examination and Admission
Sixteenth entrance examinations are divided into initial examination and second examination.

Article 18 Review:
1. Re-examination time: March-April, 2022 (subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Education).

3. Candidates with the same education need to try two more undergraduate courses in the second interview. For the additional test courses, please refer to the additional test section of the enrollment professional catalogue.
4. Before the re-examination, the school strictly examines the original registration materials such as the candidate's resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic certificate, student ID card and the qualification of the candidate. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be re-examined.
Article 19 Admission: Candidates' initial test scores and retest scores are converted into total scores according to a certain proportion, and then they are selected according to the candidates' ideological and political quality, moral assessment and physical examination. Chapter VII Tuition and Scholarship Policies
Tuition for the twentieth installment: full-time: 8,000 yuan/student/year; Part-time: 30,000/student, and the tuition fee is charged once for new students.
Article 21 Our school has established a multi-scholarship system including national scholarships, academic scholarships and other scholarships, and implemented national grants, national student loans, "three-aid" subsidies, difficult subsidies and other systems to improve the treatment level of graduate students and support them to complete their studies better. Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 22 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 23 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Graduate School of Wenzhou University. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.
In 2022, Wenzhou University accepted the recommendation to enroll graduate students without taking the test.
(If the clauses involved in this chapter are updated, the provisions of the superior management department shall prevail. )
In order to deepen the reform of postgraduate enrollment system and strengthen the selection and training of top-notch innovative talents, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Accepting Recommended Postgraduates by Higher Authorities (hereinafter referred to as "Exempted Students") and in combination with the reality of our school.
I. Application conditions
1. Have the ability and quality to train graduate students.
2. The applicant should be a fresh college graduate with the authorization of recommendation exemption approved by the Ministry of Education, obtain the qualification of recommendation exemption for graduate students in his school, occupy the recommendation exemption index of his undergraduate school, complete the recommendation procedures and complete the materials.
3. Those who have participated in scientific research, national competitions and other activities during school and have outstanding performance (with award-winning certificates or published academic papers or proof materials that have produced great benefits) are preferred.
Two. Major to be admitted, number of students and academic system

Three. Application, selection process and required materials
1, candidates fill in professional volunteers. After deciding to apply for the major, the fresh graduates who have obtained the exemption qualification fill in the professional volunteers in the "Exemption Service System" of China Graduate Admissions Information Network (website: /tm);
2. The school sent a notice of re-examination. 3. Candidates take the second interview. Applicants who agree to participate in the re-examination of our school will be informed by the Admissions College of the specific arrangements for the re-examination.
The following written materials shall be submitted when the second interview is declared:
(1) Check the originals of the second-generation ID card and student ID card, and submit copies (copies of the front and back of ID card, student information of student ID card and registration copy);
