Xiangtan University plans to recruit full-time academic postgraduates 1.300, full-time professional postgraduates 1.000 and part-time postgraduates 1.50 in 2020 (the final enrollment number is subject to the actual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education).
Article 1 Training objectives
The purpose of recruiting graduate students is to cultivate senior academic professionals who love the motherland, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, support the socialist system, abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and the people, master solid basic theories and systematic professional knowledge in this discipline, have innovative spirit, innovative ability and the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching and management, have strong ability to solve practical problems, undertake professional technology or management work, and have strong innovative ability and innovative ability.
Article 2 Persons who register for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

2. Candidates who take the self-taught examination must register before 20 18 12, and must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before entering the school that year (the specific date is the same as above). Candidates who have not graduated from our school must fill in the candidate's own test number in the online newspaper information backup information 1. Non-graduate self-taught candidates who apply in Hunan Province need to hold their ID cards and their registration cards for on-site confirmation. Candidates who have not graduated from the self-taught examination should carefully check the application conditions of our school. Candidates who do not meet the registration requirements are not allowed to apply. Otherwise, if the follow-up can't be confirmed and tested on site, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
3. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.

Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) and above, as well as undergraduate graduates who hold the diploma recognized by the state, meet the specific academic requirements put forward by our school for candidates, and apply as undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications.
5. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.
Our school does not accept graduate students to apply for the exam.
6. Candidates applying for the following majors must choose Xiangtan University (4302):
(1) Candidates who have registered for the Mechanical (085500) professional examination are: ① Political Theory (1kloc-0/), ② English II (204), ③ Industrial Design Engineering (337) and ④ Rapid Product Design (833).
(2) Candidates applying for the fine arts major (135 107) have the following subjects: ① Political Theory (10 1), ② English II (2004), ③ Introduction to Art (7 18), ④.
(3) Candidates applying for art design (135 108) have the following subjects: ① political theory (10 1), ② English II (2004), ③ Introduction to art (7 18) and ④ proposition.
(V) Important notes on students' personal files in our school.
1. The personal files of full-time graduate students must arrive at the school before admission in the current year (the specific date is the same as above).
2. Once personal files are transferred to the school, they may not be transferred out of the school before graduation.
3. Anyone who fails to go through the file formalities according to the regulations will not be registered after the start of school.
Article 3 Those who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees shall follow the following provisions.
(a) to sign up for the law (illegal) professional postgraduate entrance examination, you should meet the following conditions:

2. The major you studied before entering the exam is non-law major (graduates of law major [code 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and self-taught law graduates are not allowed to enter the exam).

(three) to sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students majoring in business administration, public administration and tourism management, the following conditions shall be met:
1. meets the requirements of Item (1), (2) and (3) of Article 2.
2. Persons with more than 3 years' working experience after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
At the same time, the MBA postgraduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Postgraduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).
Article 4 Students who are recommended and exempted from taking the exam.
Welcome outstanding fresh graduates who have obtained the exemption qualification recommended by the candidate's school to apply for our school. For details, please refer to the admission notice for students who are exempt from taking the exam on the homepage of our graduate school (website: /home02/899 19.jhtml).
Students who have been admitted by the admissions unit are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.
Article 5 "Retired college student soldiers" special postgraduate enrollment plan.
In 2020, there are 8 indicators in the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired University Soldiers" in our school, aiming at two majors: business administration and public administration. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired University Student Soldiers" must meet the following conditions:
Candidates should be college students who meet the requirements of postgraduate entrance examination after enlisting in the army and retiring from active service (college students refer to graduates, students and freshmen of full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students and second bachelor's degrees, and graduates, students and freshmen of ordinary undergraduate colleges (higher vocational colleges) recruited by adult colleges, the same below). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in their pre-enrollment information and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required.
Article 6 Part-time postgraduate enrollment
Part-time graduate students refer to graduate students who meet the requirements of the national postgraduate enrollment, pass the postgraduate entrance examination or other admission methods recognized by the state, are admitted by institutions of higher learning or other institutions of higher education with postgraduate education qualifications, and engage in other occupations or social practices while taking part-time study in various ways and flexible time arrangements during the basic study period or the study period stipulated by the school (generally, the basic study period should be appropriately extended). In principle, part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel.
When full-time and part-time graduate students graduate, their institutions of higher learning will issue corresponding graduation certificates indicating their learning methods according to their study years and academic achievements in accordance with relevant state regulations; Those whose academic level has reached the degree standard stipulated by the state may apply for the award of the corresponding degree certificate.
Part-time and full-time graduate students implement the same examination enrollment policies and training standards, and their academic degree certificates have the same legal status and the same effect.
In 2020, our school will have eight professional degrees to recruit part-time master students, including business administration (40), public administration (55), law (law) (10), law (illegal study) (20), tourism management (10) and tourism management (/kloc-0).
The academic system of part-time graduate students in Xiangtan University is 3 years (the general basic study period should be appropriately extended). Article 7 Registration
Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. All candidates are required to register online, and confirm the online newspaper information and collect their own images and other related information according to the requirements of the registration point, and pay the registration fee as required.
(1) Online Registration
1. Online registration time: 20 19, 10, 10 to13 1 (9:00-22:00), and online name forecast time is September.
2. Candidates should log in to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (hereinafter referred to as "Research Recruitment Network") within the specified time to browse the application instructions, and truthfully fill in their registration information according to the website prompts and requirements (the forecast name information is valid, and there is no need to repeat registration). During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified. If you don't make up after the deadline, you won't modify the registration information (please note that there is absolutely no supplementary registration, so don't miss the registration time).
3. Candidates should pay the registration fee by online payment or on-site confirmation according to the regulations of each province. Candidates who have not paid the registration fee will not be confirmed and will be allowed to take the exam on the spot. Candidates who choose the test center in Hunan Province must pay online, and the registration fee is paid from 10 to 10 to 3 1 (9:00-22:00 every day). Online payment is not allowed at other times. Candidates whose names have been predicted in September must log in to the online newspaper system to pay the registration fee during this period.
4. During the registration period, candidates' education (student status) information will be queried online, and candidates can query the results of education (student status) online. 5. Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, resulting in the subsequent failure to conduct on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
6. Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide real materials as required. If the information in the online newspaper is incorrect or untrue, the candidates cannot take the exam, retest or admission, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) On-site confirmation
1. On-site confirmation time: Please refer to the confirmation announcement of each registration point for the specific time, which is generally165438+1early October.
2. All candidates (excluding students who are exempt from taking the exam) hold their valid resident ID cards and academic degree certificates (fresh graduates hold student ID cards, and students who have not graduated provide student ID cards (certificates)), and pay the fees at the selected registration point when filling in online (Hunan test center confirms that the fees will not be paid on site), and collect my images. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should also submit their "Approval Letter for Enlistment" and "Retirement Certificate". Failing to complete the payment and image collection within the specified time, it will be invalid.
3. Please check and confirm your online registration information carefully. The registration information confirmed by the candidates shall not be modified during the examination, re-examination and admission, and all the consequences caused by the candidates' reporting errors shall be borne by them.
4. Candidates do not need a letter of introduction from the archival unit when registering, and the application materials do not need to be stamped with the official seal. However, after the proposed admission, it is necessary to issue materials such as the actual performance of the candidates, so the candidates must obtain the consent of the unit; If the school can't retrieve the candidates' files due to the above problems, the candidates can't re-test or enroll, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
5. All the information and application materials filled in by candidates must be true. Those who practise fraud (including students who are exempt from taking the exam) will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations once verified.
Article 8 Entrance Examination
The entrance examination is divided into initial examination and second examination.
(1) initial test

Preliminary examination subjects: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, business administration (professional degree), public administration (professional degree), accounting (professional degree), tourism management (professional degree), library and information (professional degree), law (law) and law (illegal study) are all subject to national examination. Among them, 10 1- political theory, 199- comprehensive ability of management entrance examination, 20 1- English 1,202-Russian, 203- Japanese, 204- English 2,301-. 497- LLM Joint Examination Comprehensive (Law) and 498- LLM Joint Examination Comprehensive (Illegal Studies) are all national unified or joint examination subjects. Please refer to the examination outline compiled by the Ministry of Education for relevant examination contents. Other subjects are proposed by our school, and the examination time for each subject is 3 hours.
3. Initial test location: Candidates take the test at the location designated by the registration point. Specifically, the candidate's admission ticket shall prevail.
(2) Second interview
1. The time, place, content and method of the second interview will be determined by our school, and the relevant notice will be published on the website of our graduate school in time. Re-examination includes written examination of specialized courses, listening and speaking of foreign languages, and comprehensive professional interview. Add the re-examination results and the preliminary examination results according to the weight, and get the total score of the entrance examination.
2. Qualification examination
In the re-examination stage, the candidates participating in the re-examination will be re-qualified, and the candidates must present the following materials at that time:
(1) Original and photocopy of my valid ID card;
(2) Original and photocopy of academic certificate and degree certificate (fresh graduates hold original and photocopy of student ID card);
(3) Realistic performance materials issued by the candidate's unit (required to be stamped by the candidate's personal file or the personnel and political work department of the work unit);
(4) Candidates who have not passed the online academic qualifications (student status) verification must also hold the original and photocopy of the academic qualification certificate of the Ministry of Education or the electronic registration filing form of the China Higher Education Certification Report for on-site confirmation;
(5) Candidates with foreign academic qualifications are required to present the original and photocopy of the study abroad certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education at the time of qualification examination.
(6) Candidates who have not graduated from the school must hold their ID cards and their study certificates (certificates) for confirmation. Candidates who take the self-taught examination need to register their school status before 20 18 12, and can enter the school in the same year only after obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma (the specific date is the same as above).
3. Candidates who apply for the equivalent academic qualifications of the first-level disciplines or undergraduate majors must try at least two major undergraduate courses in the second interview. The additional test subjects shall not be the same as the initial test subjects. The additional test method is written test. (See the retest plan for specific subjects)
Article 9 Physical examination
Physical examination time: candidates must have a physical examination after they plan to enroll. The specific time and requirements will be notified by our school before the second interview.
Physical examination requirements: It shall be implemented in accordance with Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) and Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Teaching Department [2010] No.2).
Article 10 Acceptance
According to the enrollment plan issued by the state, the re-examination admission method and the results of candidates' entrance examination (including preliminary examination and re-examination), combined with students' usual academic performance, ideological and political performance, professional quality, physical and mental health status and the actual performance materials of archives (work) units, our school determines the list of candidates to be admitted.
Eleven years of study
Postgraduate education implements flexible academic system. The full-time master's degree system is 3 years, and the study period is 2-4 years. Part-time graduate students have a three-year academic system and study for 3-5 years.
Article 12 Accommodation and expenses
Full-time students are accommodated by the school. Please refer to the latest document of Hunan Provincial Price Bureau for specific tuition and accommodation standards.
Article 13 Illegal handling
Candidates who report false information, submit false materials, cheat in exams and other violations of examination management regulations and examination room discipline will be notified to their units (schools) by our school, and will be dealt with severely according to the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
Article 14 Other matters needing attention
1. Please pay close attention to the enrollment information and notice on our graduate school website. If there is any change in the enrollment information, please refer to the enrollment brochure, professional catalogue, retest content and related information published on the website of the graduate school during the registration period. For questions about business exams, please contact the college directly.
2. The archives and learning units of the fresh graduates of Xiangtan University are uniformly filled in as "XX College of Xiangtan University" and the mailing address is "XX Class of XX College of Xiangtan University".
3. Candidates are requested not to change their contact numbers at will after registration, so as not to affect the follow-up work such as on-site confirmation, re-examination and issuance of admission notices.
