1. If you want to continue your major:
You can study literature, linguistics, teaching English as a second foreign language (this is recommended) and so on. If you apply for these majors in Europe, you will definitely go to an English-speaking country, but you will definitely not learn as well as students from English-speaking countries. Unless you study English as a second foreign language, you will have an advantage. Some universities in Britain have them, but they are more expensive. As far as I know, the Netherlands is relatively cheap, and university of groningen reads about170,000 RMB.
2. If you want to change your major:
There are not many options for changing majors in Europe, and the business administration category is the most. The cost in the Netherlands, Ireland and France is relatively low, followed by Britain and Switzerland. I don't know much about studying in other non-mainstream countries.
