All departments organize and carry out community activities together. However, each school's associations or departments are different, and the division of labor is different, so the number of school associations and departments is not unique. Details are as follows:

Planning department: in the early stage of the activity, plan the flow of the whole activity and write a plan book;

Propaganda department: publicize the activities of the association, which is responsible for the publicity of the visibility and image of the association;

External relations department: responsible for external liaison, the community needs communication to promote development, and the external relations department is responsible for the cooperation of the community in the school and part-time jobs outside the school;

Organization department: file management and official document management of community personnel, and accept the leadership and communication of the Communist Youth League Committee of the Party Committee;

General affairs department: the materials and property of the association are kept by the general affairs department, which is responsible for arranging the venue.
