According to the teaching plan, clinical medical students of grade 20 16 in our hospital should start their internship in early May, but they could not enter the hospital on time due to the epidemic situation. According to the requirements of the education department and the school, the leaders of the hospital arranged that in order not to delay the students' learning progress, the Academic Affairs Office arranged for the Department of Clinical Medicine to send full-time teachers to organize students to carry out online clinical probation courses and online training guidance for clinical skills operation and clinical thinking training. At present, the two-week probation course has been carried out, and the teaching task of the clinical probation course has been completed for more than 300 clinical students of grade 16.

1, preparation work

In the preparatory stage, all the teachers of the Department of Clinical Medicine participated in the training organized by the school holiday based on learning groups, knowledge trees and other platforms, and actively studied online teaching technology. Online teaching has been going on for 6 weeks since the online school started. Through practical operation, teachers have mastered the use of learning software and laid a good foundation for network teaching. After receiving the task notice from the school, the Department of Clinical Medicine immediately held a video conference to organize the research plan and make a plan. On the basis that teachers did not affect the normal online teaching, teachers of various majors were arranged to take charge of clinical probation courses. 2. Teaching of trainee courses

Under the unified arrangement of the department of clinical medicine, teachers prepare lessons collectively through the network and jointly build classes. At the same time, teachers are required to unify the teaching syllabus, unify the electronic teaching materials, use the satellite version of massive open online course videos and superstar platforms, and make good preparations for online teaching materials to ensure the homogenization of teaching.

The contents of the internship are basic clinical skills, operational items and clinical thinking training for women and children. At present, after two weeks of training, we have completed four skills operations in internal medicine, two skills operations in surgery, two skills operations in gynecology and two skills operations in pediatrics, totaling 10, and two clinical thinking training items and medical record writing.

Before class, the teacher issues notices and materials in advance, such as learning tasks and video materials. 3. Teaching characteristics
