Zhejiang Gongshang University Zhejiang Gongshang University, formerly a secondary business school in Hangzhou, was founded in 19 1 1. Hangzhou Commercial College was established on 1980 with the approval of the State Council. Hangzhou Applied Engineering School and Hangzhou Chemical Engineering School merged 1999, and Zhejiang University of Political Science and Law merged 200 1.
