1, Jimei University is a "double-class" university in Fujian Province and a key public comprehensive university in Fujian Province. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and Fujian Province, the State Oceanic Administration and Fujian Province, and Fujian Province and Xiamen City.
