China Ocean University is a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is one of the key universities under the National "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project". It is the only national ocean university in China. Because it is located in Qingdao, it was originally called Qingdao Ocean University, and now it is called China Ocean University, which reflects the real strength of the school.
