College graduates can join the army by directly recruiting officers and non-commissioned officers. Even if conscripts are drafted into the army, two years later (conscripts have no salary, only an allowance, about 1000 a month). If you successfully change jobs, you can change to the rank of sergeant (about 7400 yuan per month), which is better than the rank of corporal of college students (about 5600 yuan per month).
