Zhu is located in Xiangshan District, hsinchu city City, Taiwan Province Province. Founded in 1990, formerly known as China Institute of Technology. The Chinese University of Hsinchu was founded by entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about education, with the mission of implementing science and technology education, assisting local industrial upgrading and increasing local promotion education.
