Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Chapter III Planning and Access

Article 8 In order to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line, according to the relevant requirements, the school reserved plan shall not exceed 1% of the total plan, and the art reserved plan shall not exceed 3% of the total plan. The reserved plan for high-level athletes shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, the national first-class athletes who have passed the cultural examination shall not exceed 1 1, and the national second-class athletes who have reached 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores in their provinces (cities, districts) shall not exceed 16, which shall be reported to the competent authorities for examination. At the same time, the number of reserved plans and the principle of use will be made public.

Article 9 When enrolling students, the scores of the college entrance examination in the bidding list shall be taken as the benchmark score, and the majors shall be assigned according to the principle of score priority. There is no grade difference between majors. Candidates who enjoy the care policy can be implemented according to the relevant documents of the Admissions Office of the province (city, district) where the candidates are located. Candidates with extra points are assigned majors according to the original scores. If you can't meet the professional volunteers, you can transfer to other majors if you obey the professional adjustment, and you will be dismissed if you don't obey the adjustment. Candidates with the same benchmark scores are admitted according to the principle of giving priority to professional volunteers. When candidates' benchmark scores are the same as their professional volunteers, science and engineering majors are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores in mathematics, English and literature and history majors are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores in Chinese, English and English. When the above evaluation criteria are the same, the candidates will be selected according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students.

Article 10 Admission Rules for Special Provinces

1. Jiangsu Province:

Take the admission method of grading first. Article 12 Special requirements of some majors:

Non-English candidates are advised to apply cautiously; English and Business English majors recruit candidates whose foreign language is English in senior high school, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages.

2. Candidates who apply for industrial design and architecture majors generally have an art foundation.

Article 13 There is no restriction on the ratio of male to female when enrolling students.

Article 14 The art and fine arts major in our school adopts the unified examination results of art and fine arts major. Art candidates who have passed the professional test should take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities. Candidates' scores in cultural courses should reach the control scores of arts and culture courses in their provinces. At the time of admission, students are admitted from high to low according to the examination results of art major courses. When the test scores of professional courses are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the test scores of cultural courses.

Chapter IV Follow-up Management

Fifteenth according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the school to check the basic information of new students. Sixteenth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees according to the standards approved by Heilongjiang Provincial Price Supervision Administration and Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Finance.

Seventeenth students can apply for national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, school scholarships and social scholarships. Students with difficulties can apply for national student loans and state grants.

Article 18 Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and met the graduation requirements in moral, intellectual and physical aspects shall be awarded a diploma from harbin university of science and technology by the school, and a bachelor's degree from harbin university of science and technology shall be awarded if they meet the requirements for granting a bachelor's degree.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 19 The Articles of Association shall be revised by the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy in that year. If there are any amendments to the national laws, regulations and superior policies, the national laws, regulations and superior policies shall prevail.

Article 20 The right to interpret these Articles of Association belongs to harbin university of science and technology.
