Three. Learning system, learning years and learning forms

The academic system of non-directional doctoral students is 4 years, and that of directional doctoral students is 5 years. The research period is 7 years. The form of study is full time.

Fourth, the examination conditions

(3) Candidates' academic qualifications or degrees must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Persons who have graduated from or obtained a master's degree;

2. Excellent fresh master graduates (they must graduate or obtain a master's degree before entering school at the latest);

3. Persons who have worked in this major, discipline or similar field for six years after obtaining a bachelor's degree (from the date of obtaining a bachelor's degree to the date of doctoral admission) and have reached the same academic level as master's students; Have completed all courses of master's degree in this major or similar major with qualified results (transcripts stamped by the graduate teaching department of the training unit must be submitted); As the first author, he has published two academic papers equivalent to master's degree theses in national core journals in this discipline or similar research fields, or won the first and second prizes of scientific and technological achievements related to this discipline at or above the provincial and ministerial level (ranking the top three). Candidates with the same academic qualifications are not allowed to apply for exams across the first-level disciplines.

(4) Written recommendation from two experts at or above the associate professor (or equivalent title) related to the subject and major to be applied for.

(5) Candidates must obtain the written consent of the tutor and the college.

(six) according to the mode of employment, it is divided into two types: directional employment and non-directional employment. The application category is non-directional candidates, who must study full-time after admission, and all personnel files and salary relations are transferred to the school. (5) In the past three years, he has published two T2-level /EI-level periodical papers (or B-level periodical papers recognized by architecture and management major of our school) by the first author;

(6) Four T3-level /CSCD/CSSCI (Core Library) periodical papers published by the first author in recent three years;

(7) In order to serve the national science and technology innovation-driven development, regional local economic and social development, and make outstanding contributions to the needs of the country, industry, industry and local areas (approved by the school's graduate enrollment leading group).

Our school selects doctoral students by ordinary recruitment for all candidates who meet the examination requirements, and all enrollment units adopt the procedure of "application-assessment" for selection. (2) Master's degree and continuous study.

VII. "Application-Evaluation" Procedure

The application review process is divided into three parts: application, evaluation and admission.

2. Site confirmation

Confirm the submission of relevant materials on site and pay the registration fee. All originals of the following materials are used for inspection. (2) Evaluation

It is mainly divided into three processes: material review, foreign language assessment and comprehensive assessment. Candidates with the same academic level and those without a master's degree (except fresh graduates) need to try dialectics of nature.

1. Material Review

The college set up an audit team to thoroughly review the applicant's consistent academic and scientific research practice performance, comprehensively evaluate the applicant according to the application materials, including master's degree course scores, scientific research experience, published papers, patents, innovation and entrepreneurship, research plans and expert recommendations, etc., and draw up a comprehensive evaluation list according to the comprehensive evaluation results and submit it to the graduate school for approval. Applicants who pass the material review can enter the next assessment.

Material review process: the college set up a doctoral application review expert group, consisting of at least 3 teachers with senior titles. Experts review the application materials one by one and divide them into five grades according to a certain proportion: excellent, good, medium and poor. The proportion of excellent, good and medium should be basically the same, and the difference grade should not be less than 5% in principle. Applicants with a rating of "medium" or above can enter the next assessment.

2. Foreign language assessment

Organized by the school, it mainly examines the applicant's comprehensive foreign language reading and writing ability. Graduates of our school do not need to take the unified foreign language examination organized by the school. Before the comprehensive examination, the college organized a public foreign language keynote speech, and the candidates made PPT to give a foreign language speech according to the theme. 3. Identify candidates

Candidates who pass the material examination and reach the foreign language score specified by the school are determined to be candidates who take part in the comprehensive examination of the college.

4. Comprehensive evaluation

The college will organize the evaluation. The evaluation team consists of not less than 5 senior professional titles (including tutors) in this discipline (or similar disciplines), and the leader is determined by the leading group for graduate enrollment.

The evaluation content includes three parts:

(3) Admission

Total score =30%× material review score (converted into a hundred points system) +20%× foreign language score +20%× professional assessment score +30%× quality assessment score.

The college takes the total score as the main basis, comprehensively considers the specific enrollment situation and training conditions, determines the admission list within the enrollment index, and gives priority to non-directional candidates under the same conditions.

Eight, tuition and scholarships (funding)

(1) Tuition fee

Doctoral tuition 10000 yuan/academic year, which will be collected by academic year. Graduate students who have studied in school for more than the prescribed number of years of study will be charged tuition fees according to the number of years of study; If the study time is insufficient, the tuition fee will be charged according to the actual study time.

2. There is an international joint training fund. It is used to fund joint training abroad for more than 3 months under the inter-school cooperation framework agreement.

3. There is an international academic exchange fund. It is used to fund graduate students to participate in high-level international academic conferences held abroad. The papers submitted by graduate students with the first author (including the first author of the tutor and the second author of the graduate students) have been hired by international academic conferences, and the papers are read out by the conferences, so they can apply for academic exchange funds.

4. Excellent doctoral thesis training fund. In order to improve the quality of dissertations and cultivate excellent national and provincial doctoral dissertations.

5. The school set up an excellent graduate thesis award to encourage graduate students to publish high-level academic papers during their studies.
