I come from Class 07, History (Cultural Tourism)/KLOC-0. I used to be the league secretary of my class and an office member of the South China Agricultural University. I am serious and responsible, and my attitude is rigorous. I participated in the 64th training course for activists joining the Party in the Party School, and became a glorious preparatory party member on May 18, 2008. I have won honors such as "Military Training Activist", "Excellent Youth League Cadre", "Welcome Activist" and "Excellent Officer". I won the third-class scholarship of South China Agricultural University. I have some work experience as a student, and believe that I can be competent as an assistant class teacher, and I can handle the relationship between a student and an assistant class teacher, and the relationship between work, study and life. I. Preparatory work
1. Seriously study the Student Handbook of South China Agricultural University and the relevant work instructions of the assistant class teacher, be familiar with the work flow, and clarify the responsibilities and obligations.
2. Make clear my special status-the bridge between college, teachers and classmates. I am a close friend of my classmates. At the same time, handle the relationship between being a student and being an assistant to the class teacher, work actively and set an example.
3. Before school starts, I will carefully read the materials of my classmates, have a basic understanding of them, and prepare for the new students' work.
4. Edit and print the memos of freshmen's college life, and distribute them to freshmen after the start of school, so that they can adapt to the environment as soon as possible. And print the address book of the whole class to strengthen the connection between classes.
Second, pay attention to students' thoughts.
1. As freshmen are not familiar with the new school, I will actively guide them to adapt to the environment as soon as possible, and invite my classmates (party member, party activists, cadres of our class) and my brothers and sisters from the history major (cultural tourism) class of 2006 to accompany them in the freshman dormitory, exchange experiences, make them familiar with our school environment as soon as possible, and let them find a sense of belonging. By observing and chatting with them, we can understand the psychological status and ideological and behavioral trends of special students, reflect them to teachers and counselors in time, and summarize the problems or difficulties they encounter in time so as to solve them in time and avoid hidden dangers.
2. At the beginning of school, take a class meeting or other ways to let the whole class know about the China Communist Party, and educate the freshmen about the basic knowledge of the Communist Youth League. Improve freshmen's ideological understanding and guide them to actively move closer to the party organization. At the same time, I must constantly pay attention to the propaganda of the China Party in our class, attract more outstanding students to join the Party activists, and improve the political and ideological quality of our class. Third, build the core of class leadership.
1. Before the start of military training, in order to facilitate class management, I will hold a class meeting and vote for a temporary team leader for a term of one month. Because we don't know each other, I will inspect the work of temporary class cadres in a month and evaluate their enthusiasm and ability for class work from the beginning of school to military training. After the military training, the whole class will vote, and then the class teacher and counselor will discuss and decide, and finally determine the class leader of this school year, so as to improve the efficiency of the class Committee organization.
2. Hold the regular meeting of the class committee and the whole class meeting every week, timely feedback the overall situation of the class and analyze the solutions.

1. History (cultural tourism) major is a new major, and freshmen may not understand a series of problems such as the discipline and employment of this major. 2. Always emphasize the importance of learning to students, improve freshmen's attention to CET-4 and CET-6, urge them to take professional courses seriously, and pay close attention to self-study in their spare time. 3. 1.
