Abstract: The significance of undergraduate tutorial system lies in institutionalizing and concretizing teachers' teaching and educating people. Its effective implementation contributes to the maturity of students' ideological education management, the promotion of students' interest in scientific research and the formation of students' professional quality. This paper attempts to start with the implementation and optimization of the tutorial system for undergraduates, analyze the existing problems and feasible methods of the tutorial system, and find a suitable way to optimize the tutorial system for undergraduates, so as to realize its significance in education reform.
First, it is helpful to realize the transformation of undergraduate education from social standard to human standard.
