What are the causes of mental health problems?
First: genetic factors. In mental illness, especially schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, heredity is a very important reason, but more psychological problems are not directly related to heredity.

Second: biological factors. Such as height, weight, proportion and external characteristics, if there is a huge gap with normal people, it may lead to some psychological problems.

Third: social factors. People are social, and everyone's heart is influenced by family environment, educational environment and social economy and culture. In the process of adapting to these external environments, individuals often have psychological abnormalities due to stress.

Fourth: psychological factors. Everyone's cognition, emotion, will, ability, memory and personality will vary from person to person, and so will their lifestyle and pursuit of ideals. When dealing with external events, their psychological activities will naturally be different, which is also an important reason for psychological problems.
