2. Newly-returned entrepreneurial enterprises absorb employment subsidies. According to the number of newly-returned entrepreneurial enterprises who have absorbed stable employment for more than 6 months and paid social insurance, the employment subsidy fund will give enterprises a one-time subsidy according to the standard of per person 1 10,000 yuan, with the maximum not exceeding 20,000 yuan.
3. Social insurance subsidy policy for new entrepreneurs. After the cancellation of an enterprise with industrial and commercial registration 1 year but less than 3 years, if its legal representative or major investor registers unemployment and continuously pays social insurance premiums in his personal capacity for more than 6 months, he will be given a one-time social insurance subsidy (the maximum is not more than 1 10,000 yuan) according to 50% of the total tax paid by the previously established enterprise.
4. Small and micro enterprises absorb social insurance subsidies for college graduates. If college graduates return home to start small and micro enterprises, recruit college graduates in the graduation year or absorb college graduates who have left school for two years and sign labor contracts with them for more than 1 year and pay social insurance premiums for them, the employment subsidy funds will give enterprises social insurance subsidies and give college graduates a one-time employment reward of 3,000 yuan.
5. Commercial guaranteed loans. Issue venture guarantee loans with a maximum amount of 500,000 yuan to eligible individuals; For small and micro enterprises founded by returnees, they can apply for a business guarantee loan of no more than 3 million yuan according to regulations, and the financial department will give interest subsidies according to regulations.
6. Other policies. Enjoy free entrepreneurship training, skills training, job introduction and other related preferential policies.
