1. Registration conditions for freshmen
The registration of new students must be handled with their valid identity documents and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) People registered in Beijing are registered with the resident ID number;
(2) The foreign household registration personnel who hold the Beijing Residence Permit issued by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau shall register with the resident ID number;
(3) Servicemen of the troops stationed in Beijing must hold a military security card and valid military documents (including military officer's card, police officer's card, civilian cadre's card and soldier's card) and use the resident ID number to register;
(four) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents working in Beijing shall register with the mainland pass number or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents number of Hong Kong and Macao residents;
(5) Foreigners (foreigners) working in Beijing are registered with the permanent residence permit numbers of China people and foreigners.
2. Requirements
According to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Requiring Candidates to Fill in the Commitment Letter of Honesty Examination and Related Requirements before the National Education Examination (No.3 [2004] of the Ministry of Education), candidates who take the self-study examination must confirm that they abide by the Commitment Letter of Honesty Examination of Candidates when registering and applying for the examination. Those who have not confirmed this procedure cannot go through the registration and application procedures.
Note: Those who have passed the examination of registration information and conditions in September 2022 can register directly without having to register again.

Application and payment of freshmen
Registration fees for freshmen include online submission of registration information, online course selection, registration review and online payment.

Freshmen (excluding active servicemen) can pay fees only after their registration information and registration conditions have passed the examination. Paid courses are not refundable.
For active freshmen, if the registration information is approved but the registration conditions are not, the registration fee paid will be returned according to the original method.

Items and requirements for inspection
When taking the written test, candidates must bring valid identity documents (consistent with the evaluation type at the time of registration), admission tickets (self-printing information about test sites and examination rooms), 2B pencils, erasers and black pens, and copy the candidates' commitment letter on the answer sheet as required. Candidates must cooperate with the test center to carry out safety inspection on the items they carry.
Candidates are not allowed to write in the blank space and back of the admission ticket during the examination, otherwise it will be dealt with in violation of regulations.

Matters needing attention
1. Candidates who forget or can't retrieve the login password of "Personal Center" and can't log in through "Jingtong" should contact the self-study office of the registration examination area by telephone, and the examination area will reset the password according to the requirements of the examination area.
2. According to the financial requirements of the city, the electronic invoice for the examination fee of the written examination course will be sent to the examinee's mailbox, and the examinee can bind the mailbox in the personal center. Please make sure that the information is accurate.

Candidates who sign up for the exam and pay the fee.

Before entering the examination, candidates must first choose the examination area (see the attachment for each professional examination area), choose courses to enter the examination according to the examination arrangement, and pay the fee after confirmation. If a payment bill has been generated, they need to complete the payment before adding other courses. Candidates can directly change the examination area online (except for majors offered in only one examination area) and add majors without additional charge. 4. The charge standard of written test course is 30 yuan/Department, and the fee is paid online. The payment platform uses Beijing public payment platform. The sign of successful registration is that the payment status of the registered course is "paid". Paid courses are not refundable.

The way for candidates to log in to the "Personal Center" is: the admission ticket number (ID number, email address) and password login; Or use the "Beijing Tong" APP authentication to scan the QR code for users above the intermediate level to log in without privacy.
(2) Application requirements
According to the spirit and relevant requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Requiring Candidates to Fill in the Commitment Letter of Honesty Examination before the National Education Examination, the candidates who take the self-study examination must also confirm that they meet the Commitment Letter of Honesty Examination, and they may not go through the registration formalities without the confirmation of this procedure.

Description of payment and examination arrangement
For the specific payment time and arrangement of the examiner's school, please refer to the Description of Payment and Examination Arrangement for Non-written and Practical Courses of Beijing Higher Education Self-taught Examination in the First Half of 2023 (attachment 1).
1. The courses organized by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications shall be paid according to the following requirements.
(1) Payment time: 9: 00 on March 16 to 6: 00 on March 17.
(2) Payment website, payment process and operating instructions: org/zikao/index (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications self-study platform).
(3) Inquire about the examination arrangement: the information publishing platform of the self-taught column on the website of Beijing Education Examinations Institute, or the self-taught platform of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
2. Fees for courses organized by Beijing Institute of Technology shall be paid according to the following requirements.
(1) Payment time: March 6 10:00 to March 9 14:00, with no rest on holidays.
(2) Payment method: online payment; Log on to the website and click on "Self-study Examination-Notice Announcement" to inquire about the payment process of non-written and practical courses in the self-study examination of higher education in Beijing Institute of Technology in the first half of 2023, and pay according to the payment process. Please carefully check whether the payment subject is the examination subject of Beijing Institute of Technology before paying the fee.
(3) Inquire about the exam arrangement: the information publishing platform of the self-study exam column on the website of Beijing Education Examinations Institute, or the "self-study exam-notice announcement" column on the website of the School of Continuing Education of Beijing Institute of Technology.
(4) The courses of urban public transport operation management (specialized subject) and enterprise management (public transport direction) (independent undergraduate course) shall be subject to on-site payment. Payment time is from March 16 to March 18 (9: 00 a.m.-165438+0: 30 p.m., 1: 00- 4: 00 p.m.), and there is no rest on Saturday. Payment method is cash, Alipay or WeChat. 3. The courses organized by China Communication University are paid according to the following requirements.
(1) Payment time: 8:00 on March 18 to 6:00 on March 19.

4. The courses organized by Peking University Founder Software Vocational and Technical College are paid according to the following requirements.
(1) Payment time: from 9:00 on March 16 to 6:00 on March 19, with no rest on holidays.
(2) Payment website, payment process and operating instructions: (School of Continuing Education, Peking University Fangzheng Software Vocational and Technical College).
(3) Inquire about the examination arrangement: the information publishing platform of the self-taught column on the website of Beijing Education Examinations Institute, or the website of the Continuing Education College of Peking University Founder Software Vocational and Technical College.

6. The courses organized by Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Trade are paid on site. Payment time is from March 16 to March 18 (9: 00- 15: 00, no rest at noon). See Annex 1 for the specific location, method and examination arrangement. Candidates are required to pay fees at the specified place at the specified time with the self-printed "Certificate of Non-verbal and Practical Courses in the First Half of 2023" and ID card after the registration, and the registration course cannot be changed when paying fees on site.
