Students in universities are divided into several departments, and each department has different responsibilities. The basic task of the Student Union is to implement the Party's educational policy, promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique, and unite and guide students to become qualified talents who love the motherland and meet the requirements of Socialism with Chinese characteristics's modernization drive. It is one of the organizational structures of the school now. Students' own associations are the bridge and link between schools and students. Students consciously accept the leadership, supervision and inspection of the student union and actively support the work of the student union. The main function of the Student Union is to "serve the students".

Students should play the role of serving students, which is the bridge and link between schools and students. There are many departments.

1. Learning Department

The main responsibilities are: to hold academic lectures and exchange learning experience with the characteristics of this department;

Carry out various professional skills competitions;

Pay attention to professional development trends and feed back cutting-edge information;

Responsible for the evaluation of scholarships each semester;

Responsible for the collection of computer ownership, English, computer pass rate and exam pass rate;

Collect and understand students' opinions and requirements on teaching, and report to the teaching secretary of the department in time.

2. Ministry of Literature and Arts

The main responsibility is to organize various cultural activities with the aim of improving the artistic accomplishment of the majority of league members and enriching their extracurricular cultural and sports life.

Organize members to carry out various cultural and artistic activities beneficial to physical and mental health, be responsible for organizing literary competitions of departments and youth league committees, actively organize other cultural and artistic activities and festivals, and greet and send off graduates and schools.

Strengthen communication and cooperation with the Sports Department of the Student Union.

Cultivate the backbone of literary and artistic activities and do a good job in popularizing literature and art.

Assist the club department to do the daily work of related clubs.

3. Propaganda Department

The main responsibility is to cooperate with the student activities of all departments of the student union of the general branch of the department, make use of radio, wall newspaper, publicity window, publications and other forms to do a good job of poster propaganda of the work of the department center, publicize and educate students, guide and encourage students to participate in student activities.

Responsible for the publicity and reporting of various activities of the Student Union.
