The basic requirements are 10% of freshmen's professional scores, personal written application, department approval and written interview before they can be changed. You can't take a double degree, but you can minor in one, not a diploma, but a diploma. If you don't plan to take the postgraduate exam in this major, it's basically meaningless, just a hobby.
