Approved by the Ministry of Education, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University's Sino-Canadian Cooperative Education Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") is jointly organized by our school and other well-known Canadian public universities such as the University of British Columbia and Dalhousie University. Since the first enrollment, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University's Sino-Canadian cooperative education project has made great efforts to learn from advanced school-running concepts at home and abroad, actively introduced foreign high-quality education and teaching resources, and created a number of high-quality bilingual courses represented by the national bilingual demonstration course "Agricultural Ecology", devoted itself to cultivating compound innovative talents with international vision, common knowledge of international rules and the ability to participate in international competition, and has become a demonstration window and platform for our international school-running, which has been affirmed by the education authorities and praised by all sectors of society. Horticulture, agricultural resources and environment projects in 20 14 successfully passed the evaluation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education.
/kloc-in the past four years, the China-Canada project has enrolled more than 1300 students, and more than 540 students have entered the Canadian cooperative university through this project, realizing their dream of becoming a world-famous university. Two people won the Silver Medal of the Governor-General of Canada, two people won the Canadian Book Award for Agricultural Economics and Society, 1 person won the Nova Scotia Scholarship, three people won the Atlantic Fisheries Annual Conference Paper Award, 1 1 person won the honorary medal of Dalhousie University with the first place in his major, and 136 people won the title of honorary graduate of foreign cooperative colleges. More than 200 people have won various scholarships from cooperative universities, totaling 548,500 Canadian dollars ... Nearly half of foreign graduates have entered world-renowned universities such as the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia, McGill University and university of alberta to continue their master's and doctoral degrees. In addition, a large number of project students are active in the front line of domestic economic construction, contributing their intelligence to the modern agricultural industry.
Project features:
1, quality assurance of running schools according to law
The project has been approved by the Ministry of Education, and the partner universities are all well-known public universities in Canada. Running a school is included in the overall talent training and education quality monitoring system of both sides, which is evaluated by the Ministry of Education. It has been successfully held for 14 sessions, and the training quality is guaranteed.
2. Advanced concept of high-quality resources
Relying on the perfect teaching facilities and abundant teachers in the headquarters, the project introduced advanced educational concepts and high-quality teaching resources from Canada, and established an experienced bilingual teaching team and several bilingual demonstration courses. The proportion of teachers with doctoral degrees or senior titles is as high as 90%, and small classes are used to provide students with multi-level and high-quality educational services.
3. This mechanism is flexible and free to choose.
By introducing foreign original textbooks, teaching by foreign teachers in person, remote sharing of educational resources, bilingual teaching and English improvement, the project strives to cultivate international compound talents with equal emphasis on professional skills and English ability. Students who apply to attend Canadian cooperative universities and complete their studies can obtain diplomas from two universities at the same time; Students who have been studying in China can get the diploma and degree certificate of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.
4. Integrate Chinese and Western cultures into the world.

3. mount saint vincent university (MSVu);
Founded in 1873, the school is a well-known public university in Canada with a beautiful campus environment, located in the beautiful port city of Halifax. It is the first institution in Canada to provide higher education for women. At present, there are more than 4,000 students from more than 60 countries. Training objectives: Based on the landscape architecture major of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, this major makes full use of the high-quality educational resources of the landscape architecture major of Dalhousie University in Canada, introduces some professional basic courses and professional core courses, broadens basic knowledge, strengthens English training, and cultivates international innovative professionals with basic theories and knowledge of ecology, architecture and landscape architecture, understands the academic frontier and development trend of Chinese and western landscape architecture, and is proficient in English.
