Our Xi University of Technology is located in Xi, a world-famous historical city in Shaanxi Province. It is seven undergraduate colleges directly under the former People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Ordnance Industry. It is a university jointly established by the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, China Ordnance Industry Group, China Ordnance Equipment Group and Shaanxi Province. As far as I know, our school was founded in 1955, and 1965 was upgraded to Xi University of Technology. In 2006, the school was renamed Xi University of Technology.

It is no exaggeration to say that Xi University of Technology is the leader in this industry. Although our university is not as famous as Shanghai Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University in the same region, it is a very prominent university in China's weapons industry, and its strength and position in China's weapons production field are still very good.

Our school now has two campuses, Jinhua and Weiyang, with a building area of over 900,000 square meters.

1. Weiyang Campus is located at No.2 Xuefu Middle Road, weiyang district, Xi City.

2. Jinhua Campus is located in Jinhua North Road, Xincheng District, Xi City.

Compared with these two campuses, Weiyang Campus is bigger.
