Han nationality, born in Hengyang, Hunan Province, was born in 1980. Graduated from Hunan University, doctor of law, associate professor of law school of Beijing Technology and Business University. The main research fields are financial law and economic law.

With a solid theoretical foundation of law, the teaching features are: clear organization, accurate grasp of the proposition rules and answering skills of commercial law and economic law examinations. He passed the law exam with high marks. He has published more than ten core legal papers, published a monograph on the Legal System of Risk Prevention of China Financial Holding Company, and participated in the compilation of many books and teaching materials.
