The discipline of mechanical and electronic engineering was founded in 1986. 1990 awarded the master's degree in mechanical and electronic engineering, 1994 awarded the master's degree in mechanical design and theory, and in 2003 awarded the master's degree in mechanical manufacturing and automation. In the same year, it obtained the qualification for enrollment and training of master's degree in mechanical engineering. From 65438 to 0995, the discipline of mechanical and electronic engineering was rated as the key discipline of the Ministry of Water Resources and Hohai University in 2003. In 2005, he was awarded a master's degree in mechanical engineering. Mechanical engineering is a long-term key subject in the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hohai University. After nearly 20 years of construction, it has formed a stable, distinctive and influential research direction at home and abroad.
Based on the national water conservancy construction and local economic construction, this discipline has undertaken a number of key discipline construction projects such as the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the 948 Plan and the 2 1 1 project. At present, he is widely engaged in the research of modern mechanical design theory and method, mechanical CAD/CAM technology, robot, electromechanical system control and automation, image monitoring and control technology, dredging equipment and its control, manufacturing process automation equipment design theory and technology, modern special processing technology, material processing process control, simulation and automation technology, intelligent detection, fault diagnosis and remote maintenance during machine operation, and has formed an academic team with young and middle-aged backbone teachers as the main body. Scientific and technological achievements include the National Science and Technology Progress Award 1 item, four provincial (ministerial) science and technology progress awards, many national and provincial (ministerial) natural science funds and key research projects, and more than 200 papers (including more than 50 EI papers) retrieved by China Institute of Information.
At present, there are more than 40 teaching and research personnel in mechanical engineering, including 8 professors, 2 doctoral supervisors and 30 associate professors. 95% of the teachers have a master's degree or above, of which 10 has a doctorate, and 7 are in-service teachers studying for a doctorate.
Main research directions of mechanical engineering discipline:
1. Modern mechanical design theory and method: The research direction focuses on the theory and method of mechanical optimization design, mechanical structure topology design, mechanical system and mechanical structure reliability design, mechanical product conceptual design, computer-aided design and manufacturing, etc.
2. Theory and method of high-speed precision electromechanical system fusion design: In this direction, aiming at the complex coupling phenomenon between machinery and control system, the modeling method of electromechanical parallel coupling and the parallel fusion design technology of electromechanical system are studied to meet the needs of the development of electromechanical equipment in the direction of high speed, light weight and high precision.
3. Mechanical structure strength analysis theory and structural reliability design: The research direction is mainly engaged in mechanical structure strength analysis, reliability design and mechanical analysis theory, metal structure CAD, metal structure intelligent design technology and integrated CAD system design of hydraulic steel gates.
4.CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE system integration technology research and development: This direction studies the principles, methods and key technologies of product design and manufacturing automation and integration. Study the feature modeling and feature recognition technology of mechanical products with complex surfaces, complex structures and multi-process and multi-machining methods; Through feature recognition, the CAD/CAM integration and manufacturability evaluation of complex products are studied and realized, and the modeling method and related basic algorithms of product multi-domain model, as well as mechanical manufacturing process planning and product data management are studied.
5. Research and application of intelligent control technology of mechanical equipment: The research direction is oriented to the design of high-precision traditional systems such as industrial robots and machining centers, and the high-precision modeling and model-based compensation design of high-speed and high-precision electromechanical servo systems are studied. The main feature of this direction is based on the research of open digital control system, with the modeling research of electromechanical servo system as the core and the research of transmission error, nonlinear friction and interference estimation and compensation technology of electromechanical servo system as the goal. The main research contents in this direction are: 1) research on modeling theory and implementation technology of electromechanical system, and 2) research on nonlinear theory and application of electromechanical system.
6. Research and application of robot technology. The research direction is oriented to industrial robots and intelligent mobile robots. This paper mainly studies robot mechanism, robot kinematics and dynamics and related applications. The main research contents in this direction: 1) research on welding robot and intelligent welding technology; 2) Research on the autonomous mobile mechanism design and intelligent control technology of intelligent service robot.
7. Image monitoring technology. This direction mainly studies the real-time monitoring and analysis of the microstructure of engineering materials, the monitoring and analysis of internal defects of mechanical parts and the dynamic monitoring and control of machine vision in moving parts.
8. Dredging technology and equipment: This research direction combines the advantages of traditional disciplines such as hydraulic engineering of Hohai University, focusing on the dredging equipment and technology of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and port waterways, and studying the dynamic characteristics of fluid machinery and multiphase fluid transportation systems. The main research contents in this direction: 1) research on large dredging equipment and dredging technology; 2) Study on the theory and application of solid-liquid two-phase flow; 3) Study on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic conveying system; 4) Dredging equipment and its electromechanical integration technology.
9. Advanced manufacturing technology: the main research directions are networked manufacturing platform and system, manufacturing informatization and management, product design theory for manufacturing industry, integrated modeling technology for enterprise manufacturing, green manufacturing modeling theory and evaluation system, precision machining and ultra-precision manufacturing technology, and modern manufacturing methods and means.
10. Research on manufacturing equipment design theory and key technologies: The main research directions are intelligent manufacturing equipment design, manufacturing process automation equipment design theory and corresponding technology, digital manufacturing and technology, key technology research of open self-discipline CNC machine tools, computer detection and control technology of manufacturing process, virtual manufacturing platform establishment and machining process simulation.
