The administrative department is mainly responsible for the transfer of students, household registration management and administrative procurement; The Official Documents Section is mainly responsible for drafting, compiling and publishing all kinds of official documents; The confidential department is mainly responsible for the file management and data management of the student union; The secretarial section is mainly responsible for information management, meeting minutes, work tabulation, uploading and issuing. Public relations department

The public relations department is the external liaison department of the student union, which is mainly responsible for the public relations outreach work of the student union and looking for partners for the student union. The public relations department has maintained extensive exchanges and friendly cooperation with enterprises and institutions in various fields and at all levels all the year round. It is the representative window of student organizations in our school, and has been responsible for sponsoring and contacting many large-scale activities of the student union for many years.

Art department

The Arts Department is the department where students' union plans and carries out activities for art students. Mainly responsible for the party planning, hosting, scheduling, audience seating, etc. of various cultural activities, and also responsible for the training and reserve of non-professional hosts. The Department of Literature and Art has made great contributions to enriching campus cultural life and improving students' ability to appreciate culture and art.

Rights and interests center

The Rights Center is a student rights organization that actively protects students' rights and interests and maintains the stability of the school. The Rights Protection Center consists of three parts: the Rights Protection Center Office, the Food Supervision Committee and the Market Supervision Committee. The office is the comprehensive management department of the rights and interests center, which is mainly responsible for the personnel management, official document release, information transmission, material coordination, activity arrangement, duty and discipline inspection of the center;

The Ministry of Social Practice

The social practice department is a specialized department for students to work, study and navigate their careers. The department takes "working with a happy mood, realizing self-growth and self-orientation in happy work" as its working concept, takes "social practice" as its basis and takes "service" as its purpose, and carries out various social practice work to serve the students of the whole school. The main work includes: student work-study, career navigation activities, employment services, etc. Also responsible for some off-campus cooperation.

Network information department

Network Information Department is the department in charge of network information work of the Student Union. Based on the tenet of "connecting you and me with the network", the Department is playing an active role in realizing the digitalization and information management of student union work. The work of the network department mainly includes:

Girls' department

The female student department is the only student organization department named after gender in our school at present, and it is a special department serving the majority of female students. The Sports Department is the department where the Students' Union organizes various sports competitions and creates a healthy learning and working atmosphere on campus.
