Liang Ling's research achievements and scientific research projects
(1) scientific research project

[1]. In 2004-2006, Yangling Fund supported the breeding and processing benefits of new drought-resistant and water-saving wheat varieties;

[2]. From 2007 to 2009, research on quality control technology of frozen pasta, a key project in Shaanxi Province;

[3].2008-20 10, Ph.D. program of Northwest A&F University-quality control of wheat flour food and research on functional food;

(2) Participating in scientific research projects

Participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, such as the Agricultural Leaping Plan Project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Shaanxi Science and Technology Key Project, Shaanxi Natural Science Fund Project, Yangling Fund Project, school-level special projects and horizontal projects, which are representative projects in recent years.

(3) scientific research achievements

[1] "Demonstration of High Quality Noodle Wheat Production and Noodle Production Technology" won the second prize of agricultural science and technology popularization in Shaanxi Province, ranking 10.

[2] The new wheat variety "Pubing 143" was approved by Shaanxi Crop Variety Approval Committee and ranked second.

[3] "A composite improver for frozen noodle products", applying for national invention patent.
