G30, full name of Global30, is a project implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan to improve the competitiveness and internationalization of Japanese universities. Project G30 * * * owns 13 universities, including 6 old Japanese imperial universities, 1 national universities and 6 top Japanese private universities. However, due to various factors, the G30 project was completely stopped on 20 17, and official website was not updated.
