At present, there are two popular impromptu drama societies in Beijing: the bilingual workshop of impromptu drama and the people's impromptu commune. The former is located in the Drum Tower "Xinjiang Bar", and the latter is located at No.46 Fang Jia Hutong, a consulting company not far from Yonghe Palace.

Beijing Improvisation was founded more than two years ago and has more than 30 formal members. The workshop is divided into ordinary amateur group and Chinese and English performance group. Anyone can join the amateur group, mainly white-collar workers.

Today, they already have a stable performance group-Beijing Improvisation Troupe. On the last Saturday of every month, they will perform in English at Peng Hao Theatre (pictured) and get tickets to 30 yuan. Later, he went to new york Impromptu Troupe for further study, and founded People's Impromptu Commune after returning to China. The club now has eight regular "actors", including website CEO, ballet dancer and professional actor.

The most famous game of People's Impromptu Commune is Poker Sorting. Everyone draws a playing card and can't read it himself. They put the cards face outward on their foreheads, and then use words to indicate the size of the opponent's cards. Finally, everyone sorts according to other people's tips. Wang Yang graduated from Tsinghua University and works in an IT company. He learned about "People's Improvised Commune" from "Douban" and came to experience it. "The biggest gain is that you can communicate with people at close range, because there is too little communication with people at work. In addition, although I don't know each other, I am very happy together, which can reduce the pressure of my usual work. " In contrast, participant Kuaidaping pays more attention to impromptu dramas that can stimulate people's various potentials. "All kinds of games and performances are actually challenging people's creativity and imagination!" Chen Yang, a new girl from Beipiao, is preparing to set up an impromptu drama party.
