Chapter I Academic System
Article 1 The undergraduate course adopts the flexible academic system, with the academic system of 3 to 6 years and the basic academic system of 4 years; College education system is 3 years; The undergraduate education system is 2 years or 3 years, which is calculated according to the total of 5 years of junior college education system and undergraduate education system or implemented according to the provisions of the Provincial Department of Education. Make professional teaching plan according to the basic academic system. Students can complete all the teaching contents stipulated in the teaching plan within the flexible academic system and graduate after passing the examination.
Chapter II Admission, Registration and Registration
The second freshmen must hold the admission notice of Shandong University of Technology, personal ID card and relevant documents stipulated by the school, go through the registration formalities at the school on the specified date, and pay the fees according to the regulations. Those who cannot report on time for some reason must explain the reasons to the school in advance and go through the formalities of asking for leave. Vacation time generally does not exceed two weeks. Those who don't take time off or take time off overdue are regarded as absenteeism; Those who fail to report for more than one week will be disqualified.
Article 3 After entering the school, freshmen should go to the school hospital for health review, and only those who pass the review can register. After diagnosis by the school hospital or designated medical unit, those who can be cured within one year and meet the national student health standards are allowed to retain their admission qualifications for one year upon their own application, review by the person in charge of the hospital (department) and report to the Academic Affairs Office for approval. The school will issue a certificate of retaining admission qualification, go home for treatment, take care of the round-trip travel expenses and medical expenses, and do not enjoy all the welfare benefits of students registered in our school. Students who retain their admission qualifications will be disqualified if they do not go through the formalities of leaving school within two weeks from the date of notification. Students who retain admission qualifications must apply to the school before the start of the next school year. Only after hospitals at or above the county level (including county-level hospitals) prove that the school has passed the re-examination can it re-apply for admission. Those who fail the re-examination or fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit will be disqualified.
Article 4 A school shall, within three months after new students enter the school, examine the qualifications of new students in accordance with the national enrollment regulations, and go through the registration procedures for those who pass the examination. Freshmen can only get a student status after registration. Those who fail to meet the registration requirements after examination shall be handled by the school according to different situations. Anyone who engages in malpractices for personal gain, once verified, will be returned to their place of origin; If the circumstances are bad, report to the relevant departments for investigation. The qualification examination and registration work is organized by the institute (department). Students who retire from school must report to the Academic Affairs Office and go through the retirement formalities.
Article 5 Two days before the start of the first semester of each academic year, students shall pay fees at the Finance Department with their student ID cards, and then report to the office of their college (department) with their student ID cards and payment vouchers for registration. Those who do not pay will not be registered. In the second semester of each academic year, students report to the office of their college (department) with their student ID cards. Before each registration, the person in charge of registration should check the registration of students last semester. Except for students who dropped out of school, those who were not registered last semester will not be registered this semester. The student ID card will take effect after being stamped with the registration stamp. Those who fail to go through the registration formalities on time or leave formalities according to the regulations of the school will be treated as absenteeism. Those who fail to ask for leave and report for duty within two weeks shall be treated as automatic withdrawal.
Chapter III Course Selection
Sixth students choose courses according to the professional teaching plan. The courses in the teaching plan of each major are divided into four categories: public basic courses, professional basic courses, professional courses and elective courses. Public courses, basic courses and professional basic courses are collectively called compulsory courses, and students must choose them. The specialized courses of each major are generally divided into several elective courses according to the professional direction, which are called limited courses, and students are limited to choose one of them. Compulsory courses and limited courses are collectively called compulsory courses.
Elective courses in the teaching plan do not determine the course name, but only the total academic achievement (about 10% of the total academic achievement in the teaching plan). The school offers a large number of elective courses, which are divided into different groups for students to choose at will, but it also puts forward certain requirements for students to choose courses in each group in the professional teaching plan. Students should know the requirements of the professional teaching plan in detail when making the elective course selection plan. When a professional student chooses an elective course, he can't choose the course set in the teaching plan of this major. Courses of other majors outside the elective course catalogue can also be used as elective courses.
Article 7 The courses offered in each semester shall be arranged and announced by the school in advance. Students should choose a sufficient number of courses each semester according to the requirements of total academic performance, school teaching arrangements and personal learning schedule.
Article 8 Students who take courses within one academic year with a total credit of less than 30 credits shall be suspended from school. Students who drop out of school twice due to insufficient credits for elective courses should drop out of school.
Article 9 Before students enter the graduation project (thesis), colleges (departments) should conduct a comprehensive audit of students' course selection. There are unfinished courses in compulsory courses, so graduation design (thesis) cannot be carried out.
Chapter IV Performance Appraisal
Article 10 All courses need to be evaluated. The same course generally adopts a unified assessment form. The examination can be conducted in different ways, such as written examination, oral examination, practical exercise and usual examination. The grades of compulsory courses shall be graded by 100 or five-level grading system of excellent, good, medium, passing and failing, and other courses and practical teaching links may also be graded by two-level grading system of qualified and unqualified. Only those who pass the exam can get credit for this course. Test scores and credits are recorded in the summary of students' scores and included in my file.

(a) the average grade point is the basis for conferring degrees, and it can also be used as the basis for students' academic performance in majors or classes and for various awards to students.
(2) Elective courses only count as credits, not when calculating the average credit grade point.
(3) Students' achievements in the second classroom activities, college students' competitions, participation in scientific research practice and other activities in the school shall be counted as credits according to relevant regulations, which shall be combined with the elective courses, but not counted as the average credit grade point.
(4) Teachers, departments and teaching and research sections of each class must report the assessment results to the Academic Affairs Office of the college (department) where the students are located within three days after the end of the course examination, so as to make timely statistics and announce them to the students.
Twelfth students in any of the following circumstances shall not participate in the course assessment:
(1)1/3 for being absent from class for more than the planned class hours;
(2) Failing to hand in homework or experimental reports without reason, accounting for one third of the total;
(3) plagiarizing homework or experimental reports, being warned by the teacher for the first time and plagiarizing again for the second time;
(four) a serious violation of discipline in class, repeated education.
Students are not allowed to participate in the course assessment determined by the teacher. After confirmation, teachers should inform students and their hospitals (departments) in written form in advance, and report to the Academic Affairs Office for the record.
Thirteenth students in the assessment period, in principle, no leave. Those who ask for leave due to special circumstances or serious illness must hold relevant certificates in advance and ask for leave in writing to their hospital (department), which can only take effect after being examined and approved by the teaching director of the hospital (department). The sick leave certificate shall be signed by the dean of the school hospital or certified by the hospital at or above the county level. Students who are approved to take time off are regarded as giving up the examination automatically.
Fourteenth students who apply for exemption from the examination shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) Students have basically mastered the content of the course through self-study. , and has obtained credits for the prerequisite course of this course, and is allowed to apply for exemption from this course. However, those who have not completed the practical part of the course shall not be exempted from the course.
(2) Students who apply for exemption courses should apply to their college (department) within the course selection time of each semester, fill in the application form for exemption courses, and take the examination only after the approval of the person in charge of the starting college (department) and the approval of the Academic Affairs Office. Free courses are paid according to the course results.
(3) If the assessment score of the exemption course is greater than or equal to 70 points, you can get course credits.
(four) "two courses", elective courses, experimental courses and other practical teaching links shall not be exempted.
Fifteenth male * * * physical education class is a compulsory course, and those who fail the exam should be re-taken or elective. Disabled people can be exempted from the course after approval, but the course results will not be recorded. Physical education class's achievements should be comprehensively evaluated through attendance, indoor teaching, outdoor teaching and exercise activities.
Article 16 Handling students who cheat in exams
(a) one of the following acts, as cheating in the exam
1. Closed-book exam with cheat sheets (whether it works or not).
2. Books, materials, notes, etc. (whether related to the content of the exam or not) are brought into the closed-book exam.
3. Pass papers to each other or intentionally show your papers to others.
4. Whisper, whisper and look around.
5. Replace other people's answers and help others cheat.
6. Use communication tools in the examination room.
7. Other behaviors that constitute cheating facts.
(B) the handling of cheating students
1. If a student is found cheating in the examination room, the invigilator shall order him to stop the examination immediately, confiscate the test paper and cheating materials and tools, mark the test paper with the word "cheating", order him to leave the examination room, and fill in the details of the student's cheating in the invigilation record.
The score of students who cheat in this course is zero.
Anyone who cheats in the exam will be given a demerit (including a demerit) depending on the circumstances. Those who cheat for the second time shall be ordered to drop out of school or above (including the punishment of dropping out of school).
4. Anyone who finds someone else to take the test for others will be expelled from school.
Chapter V Reconstruction
Article 17 Reconstruction
(a) the compulsory course exam is unqualified or not, will be rebuilt. Elective courses that fail the exam can be retaken or taken separately.
(2) If students are not satisfied with the scores of some courses that have passed the exam, they can apply for a second interview.
(3) Re-examination results are calculated according to the following formula
Course score = max {initial evaluation score, re-evaluation score, …}.
(four) students must go through the formalities of course selection to retake the course, and those who have no formalities will not be assessed.
(five) all students who are not allowed to take the compulsory course examination because of plagiarism, lack of homework or experimental reports, and lack of experiments must be rebuilt.
(six) students who have been approved to take time off during the assessment period may apply for a second interview at the next assessment.
(seven) if there are courses in the order of study, the re-examination of the pre-courses must be carried out in the next academic year.
Chapter VI Minor and Double Major
Article 18. Students who have spare capacity and excellent grades and have completed four semesters can choose other majors as their second major or minor major. Each student can only apply for one major as the second major or minor major.
Article 19 Students who study other majors as second majors or minor majors should know the teaching plan of their major in detail, study the curriculum system stipulated in the plan, solicit the opinions of relevant teachers, and then decide their major independently.
Article 20 When taking courses of the second major or minor major, the first course shall be selected in the order of study.
Twenty-first courses with the same name, the completed course score is greater than or equal to the course score of the proposed major, and the test score is qualified, you can directly get the credits of this course. If the score of your course is lower than that set by the major you plan to take, you should take the course again.
Twenty-second minor courses and practical teaching links conflict with professional courses and practical teaching links, students should participate in professional teaching links.
Twenty-third minor total credits are generally not less than 30 credits. The total credits of double majors are generally 40-45 credits, and the courses studied are determined by each major.
Article 24. If it meets the requirements of minor subject after examination, it shall be marked "minor subject" on the graduation certificate or a minor subject certificate shall be issued separately. Upon examination, those who meet the graduation requirements of the second major should indicate the names of two majors at the same time on the graduation certificate or issue the second professional certificate respectively.
Twenty-fifth students who have completed some courses in a certain major and have not applied for a minor or a second major will be registered as elective courses and credits.
Chapter VII Transfer School
Twenty-sixth students are generally not allowed to transfer after entering school.
Twenty-seventh students are allowed to transfer under any of the following circumstances:
(a) after strict examination, it is proved that students do have expertise, and transfer can give full play to their expertise;
(2) A student who is found to have a certain disease or physical defect after entering the school and is proved by the medical unit designated by the school to be unsuitable for further study in this school, but can still study in a major of other institutions;
(three) with the approval of the school, students do have some special difficulties and cannot continue their studies without transferring.
Article 28 In any of the following circumstances, the transfer shall not be considered:
(1) The freshmen have been enrolled for less than one semester;
(2) Level 3 or above, or level 2 or above.
Twenty-ninth students apply for transfer in the following ways:
(a) our school students in the province within the scope of transfer, first by the students to apply, with the consent of the hospital (department) responsible person, reported to the Academic Affairs Office for review, with the consent of the principal in charge, by the Academic Affairs Office sent a letter to contact the proposed transfer school. With the consent of the school to be transferred, a written report shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education, and the relevant transfer procedures shall be handled only after the consent of the Provincial Department of Education.
(2) When students in our school transfer to other provinces (cities, autonomous regions), they should first apply, and after the consent of the person in charge of the school (department), they should report to the Academic Affairs Office for review, and after the approval of the principal in charge, the Academic Affairs Office will send a letter to contact the school to be transferred. After agreeing to transfer to another school and replying, the school shall report to the Provincial Department of Education for approval. After the approval of the provincial education department, the document will be copied to the education department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the school is located, and reported to the education department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the school is located for approval. Upon approval, the education department of the receiving province (city, autonomous region) agrees to receive the document and send it to the education department of our province and our school. Then, you can go through the relevant transfer procedures.
(3) When students from other schools transfer to our school, they must obtain the consent of our school and go through the transfer formalities according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the approval of the Provincial Department of Education.
Chapter VIII Suspension, Suspension and Resumption of School
Thirtieth students in any of the following circumstances, you can apply for suspension:
(a) due to illness diagnosed by the designated hospital, the school hospital review, must suspend treatment or rest, more than half a semester.
(two) the number of hours of leave and absence in a semester exceeds one-third of the total hours in a semester.
(3) For some special reason, I apply or the school thinks it is necessary to suspend scholars.
Students who drop out of school should apply by themselves and report to the Academic Affairs Office for the record after being approved by the college (department). Students are usually suspended for one academic year (with the approval of the school due to illness, they can be suspended for two consecutive years), and the cumulative period shall not exceed two academic years.
Thirty-first issues related to students' suspension from school shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) students who drop out of school due to illness should go home for treatment, and the medical expenses during the suspension period shall be implemented according to the relevant medical expenses management measures of our school.
(2) Students leave school and go home, and the round-trip travel expenses are self-care.
(three) the account of the dropouts does not move out of the school.
Thirty-second students need to leave school for some reason, which must be applied by individuals, signed by parents, reviewed by colleges (departments) and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval. Generally speaking, the application period for suspension from school cannot exceed two years, and students will be retained during the semester, and they will not enjoy the treatment of students in school and students who have dropped out of school.
Thirty-third students related issues, according to the following provisions:
(1) When students who have dropped out of school due to injury apply for resumption of school, they must have hospitals at or above the county level (including county-level hospitals) to prove that they have recovered, and they can only resume school after being reviewed by the school hospital.
(2) Upon the expiration of the suspension period, students should apply to the school (department) with the suspension certificate and relevant documents within one week before the start of school, go through the formalities of resumption of school with the consent of the school (department), and report to the Academic Affairs Office for the record; If the original major is revoked when classes are resumed, students can apply for similar majors.
(three) during the suspension of school, if there are serious violations of law and discipline, cancel the qualification for resumption of school, cancel the student status, and be treated as automatic withdrawal.
(four) suspension, suspension period, not for resumption of school, cancellation of school procedures, according to the automatic withdrawal.
Thirty-fourth suspension, suspension period shall not apply for suspension from other schools.
Thirty-fifth students who voluntarily enlist in the army shall retain their school status until one year after they retire from active service. Those who fail to go through the formalities of resumption of schooling within the time limit shall be treated as automatic withdrawal.
Chapter IX Attendance
Thirty-sixth in order to ensure that students will devote their main energy to their studies during their school days, they should strictly participate in all teaching links stipulated in the teaching plan and all activities organized by the school. Those who don't attend classes are regarded as truant. The number of hours of absence is calculated as follows:
(a) absenteeism during class, absenteeism hours according to the actual teaching hours.
(2) The experiment is based on the actual class hours.
(three) in the practice, design (thesis), military training, political activities, labor, freshman education and other centralized teaching links, absenteeism is calculated as 6 hours a day.
(4) Arriving late and leaving early for a total of three times counts as one class hour.
Thirty-seventh students leave, the individual should fill in the leave slip, approved by the counselor or class teacher within three days, more than three days by the hospital (department) responsible person for approval. Those who fail to report for duty without asking for leave or beyond the holiday are regarded as absenteeism.
(1) If you are hospitalized due to illness during school, you need to ask for sick leave with a medical certificate from the school hospital or a hospital at or above the county level (including a county-level hospital) (the inpatient can entrust others to handle it on his behalf). Those who can't return to school on schedule due to illness during the holiday should ask for leave from their hospital (department) by letter (electricity) in advance, and must go to the hospital (department) to go through the formalities of compensatory leave with the medical certificate of the hospital at or above the township level when returning to school. Students must ask for leave with the medical certificate of the local hospital during their internship in other places.
(2) Students are generally not allowed to take personal leave. Due to special circumstances, it is necessary to provide corresponding certificates, but it is strictly controlled during the assessment period.
(3) Off-campus teaching activities are generally not allowed to take time off. If you ask for leave for special reasons, it will be approved by the team leader teacher within one week, and it will be approved by the person in charge of the hospital (department) by letter (telegram) for more than one week.
Article 38 Handling of truant students:
(a) a semester truancy accumulated 10 hours, given a warning;
(two) a semester cumulative absence of twenty hours, given a serious warning;
(3) Those who have been absent from school for a total of 30 hours in one semester shall be given a demerit;
(4) Those who have been absent from school for a total of 40 hours in one semester shall be given probation.
Chapter X Reward and Punishment
Article 39 Students who have developed in an all-round way morally, intellectually and physically, or who have made outstanding achievements in ideological and moral character, academic performance and physical education, shall be awarded the honorary titles of "three excellent students" and given spiritual and material rewards. See relevant regulations for details.
Fortieth students who make mistakes should be criticized, educated or disciplined according to the seriousness of the case. There are six kinds of disciplinary actions:
Warning, serious warning, demerit recording, detention, expulsion from school, expulsion from school.
Article 41 The probation period is generally one year, and fresh graduates are subject to probation, and the probation period is not less than half a year. Students on probation can be released on schedule if they behave well during the probation period; Outstanding performance, you can lift the ban in advance. Those who do not change after education will be ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school.
Forty-second students who make mistakes should be persuaded and educated, and they should be handled carefully. They should persist in investigation and study, seek truth from facts and be punished appropriately. They should be informed of the conclusion of their handling and allowed to defend themselves, appeal and reserve different opinions. Colleges (departments) and relevant departments have the responsibility to examine students' complaints.
Chapter II XI Drop-out and Trial Reading
Article 43 drop out of school
(1) Those who meet Article 8 will drop out of school;
(2) Those who have dropped out of school for more than two years should drop out of school;
(3) Learners who are diagnosed by designated hospitals and cannot persist in learning due to accidental disability, mental illness, epilepsy and other reasons. Should drop out of school;
(four) I apply for withdrawal, parents sign, school approval, can drop out;
(five) after the expiration of the probation period, those who do not meet the conditions for restoring their student status shall be ordered to drop out of school;
(six) other reasons, see the relevant provisions.
Forty-fourth students should be signed by the person in charge of the school (department), reviewed by the Academic Affairs Office, approved by the principal in charge, and reported to the Provincial Department of Education for cancellation.
Forty-fifth students drop out of school related matters shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) students who have dropped out of school shall be taken back by their parents or caregivers, and their registered permanent residence shall be moved back to the original registered permanent residence.
(two) the school issued a certificate of suspension, and according to the length of study issued a certificate of suspension (at least one year).
(three) students who have been cancelled or dropped out of school are generally unable to apply for resumption of study.
Forty-sixth students who drop out of school due to lack of credit can try to study after their own application, the consent of the person in charge of the college (department) and their parents, the audit of the academic affairs office and the approval of the principal in charge. The probation period is one academic year. During the probation period, those who pass all the selected courses can be reinstated. Trial students are required to pay training fees according to the prescribed fees.
Chapter XII Graduation, Graduation and Leaving School
Forty-seventh students should make a comprehensive appraisal of their moral, intellectual and physical aspects when they graduate or graduate, affirm their achievements, find out the gaps and make clear the direction of their efforts.
Forty-eighth students have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the flexible academic system and obtained the required credits, and they are allowed to graduate and issued with graduation certificates. Undergraduate students are awarded bachelor's degrees in accordance with the detailed rules for the implementation of bachelor's degree awarding in Shandong University of Technology.
Forty-ninth under the flexible academic system, according to the professional teaching plan, you can complete the prescribed courses and practical teaching links, but you can apply for graduation without obtaining the prescribed credits. If qualified, the school will issue a certificate of completion. Graduates cannot apply for diplomas and degree certificates.
Fiftieth, the school has studied for more than one year, and for various reasons, the school will issue an associate degree certificate.
Chapter XIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 51 The Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
