Combined with China Bank Finance News, Financial Research and other magazines, we can understand the direction and trend of bank reform. The innovation and progress of banks are the basic conditions for competition with foreign banks. Therefore, banks should establish a sense of competition and service from top to bottom. In April, the "atm Competition" was held in the branch, aiming at improving the service awareness of bank employees, enhancing the service concept and satisfying customers with high-quality services. At the same time, through internship, we can learn about the bank's business. The business structure of BOC is diversified, including corporate business, personal business, fund business, online banking business and international business. But I also learned a lot from studying nearby. When the bank puts forward the principle of changing from product innovation orientation to customer orientation, it is a challenge and test for sales staff. A salesman requires not only skilled business operations, but also how to communicate with customers and how to serve them. Service is better than management, and a good manager is a good server.
