China Communication University is a junior college. According to official website of China Communication University, China Communication University has set up an art major at the higher vocational (junior college) level at 1999, and its educational goal is to cultivate applied talents with a certain theoretical foundation and strong practical skills for radio and television media. The training course for technicians of the Central Broadcasting Bureau, the predecessor of Communication University of China, was founded in 1954.
