Where is baicheng normal College?
Baicheng normal University is the only provincial undergraduate college in western Jilin Province, which is located at the intersection of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia provinces. The school was founded in 1958, formerly known as baicheng normal College.

In August 2000, Baicheng Forestry School, which was originally affiliated to the State Forestry Administration, merged. In March 2002, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed baicheng normal College. In 2007, it began to jointly train graduate students with Northeast Normal University. In 2008, it passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education.

Baicheng normal College Community is a whole school student community under the guidance of the Youth League Committee. As of June 20 15, there are 37 societies, including Fang Fei Drama Club, Jiupeng Poetry Club, College Students' Poetry Couplet Association, Students' Literature Club, Students' Academic Research Association, English Paradise Association, Photography Association, Korean Association, Green Volunteers Association, Station Agent and Central Roller Skating Club.

Every year, all the clubs in the school will jointly hold a club culture and art festival. The purpose of the festival is to "face the whole society, educate people culturally, show themselves and build brands", and around the theme design activities of the festival, various societies carry out community activities such as the Campus Top Ten Singers Competition and the Campus Dance Competition, which provides a campus cultural platform for students to show themselves and improve themselves.
