Will most boys grow taller when they go to college?
Of course, boys can grow taller after going to college. Boys can grow up to about 25 years old, and some can grow up to before 28 years old. The bone is not completely closed and calcified. I was a freshman in 1998, and I grew by 4cm a year. Not bad. I mainly do stretching. I watched the exercise method in Yang Yunfeng's Diary of Growing Tall. Every night, I jump rope 800 times, 40 times run-up to touch the height, 40 times bend over to touch my ankle, and 40 times leg press stretching. I ate very late yesterday, at half past eight. It's nine o'clock after eating and sitting for less than twenty minutes. I want to stretch and forget about strenuous exercise. I am afraid of gastroptosis, but I still insist on touching it 50 times higher. After touching the top ten, I almost threw up my meal, but I still have to try my best.
