Article 2 The competition for energy conservation and emission reduction is sponsored by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, organized by the Teaching Steering Committee of the Energy and Power Discipline in institutions of higher learning of the Ministry of Education, undertaken by some universities and co-organized by sponsoring enterprises.

Article 3 The energy conservation and emission reduction competition shall be held once a year. In principle, the registration time is 65438+ 10 month, and the competition time is August.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 4 A competition committee shall be established for the energy conservation and emission reduction competition, which shall be composed of an expert committee and an organizing committee.

Article 5 The Competition Committee is composed of members of the Teaching Steering Committee of Energy and Power Discipline in institutions of higher learning of the Ministry of Education hired by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, relevant persons in charge of some institutions of higher learning and experts and professors. There shall be one director, several deputy directors, one secretary-general and several members, and the employment period shall be the same as that of the members of the Education Steering Committee. The secretariat is located in Zhejiang University. According to the needs of the work, the competition committee may employ several consultants.

Article 6 The responsibilities of the Competition Committee are:

Article 9 The organizing committee is composed of relevant personnel of the organizer. Chapter III Qualification and Application of Works

Article 11 The participating schools are ordinary institutions of higher learning. Participants should be full-time non-adult education college students, undergraduates and graduate students (excluding on-the-job graduate students) officially registered before the start of competition registration.

Article 12 Entries are submitted in groups, with no more than 7 students and no more than 2 instructors in each group. Entries should be achievements that can reflect students' independent innovation ability and be completed independently. In order to reflect the characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction, the contest completely adopts the way of online declaration.

Chapter IV Exhibition, Publication and Academic Exchange of Works

Thirteenth entries are exhibited or demonstrated on the spot for observation by the evaluation expert committee and other personnel.

Article 14 During the competition, the organizing committee may organize various forms of academic exchange activities such as reports, forums, lectures and expert comments. , strengthen the publicity of energy conservation and emission reduction activities.

Chapter V Awards and Incentives

Sixteenth energy conservation and emission reduction competitions set up three categories of awards: grade award, individual award and outstanding organization award.

Article 17 The first prize is the grand prize (vacancy), which shall not exceed 1% of the total number of valid entries, the first prize shall not exceed 5% of the total number of valid entries, the second prize shall not exceed 10% of the total number of valid entries, and the third prize shall not exceed 20% of the total number of valid entries, and a certain number of encouragement prizes shall be established. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 22 A work that has passed the preliminary examination shall be established for fifteen days. If complaints or objections are received, the secretariat of the Competition Committee will organize an investigation and report it to the Competition Committee for discussion. If violations are confirmed through investigation, the entry qualification of the work will be cancelled and notified.

Twenty-third competition organizers can use the name of the Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Competition Committee to seek sponsorship and title, which can only be implemented after the organizer has reviewed it.

Article 24 In order to supplement the funds needed for the competition, the school where the author participates in the national competition shall pay a certain registration fee.

Twenty-fifth competitions should promote economy and embody the spirit of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Twenty-sixth matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Competition Committee.

Article 27 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of deliberation and adoption by the Competition Committee for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, and the right of interpretation shall belong to the Competition Committee.

China's energy consumption is growing rapidly, but pollutant emissions remain high, and the situation of emission reduction is grim, facing many pollutant control problems. At present, the flue gas control in thermal power plants generally adopts the method of separate cleaning, which leads to the complexity of the tail flue gas purification system and the increase of treatment cost.

In this paper, a scheme of synergistic multiple removal by free radical enhanced catalytic filtration is proposed. This technology organically integrates the functions of free radical oxidation, alkali absorption, chemical catalysis and bag filtration, so as to achieve the purpose of efficiently removing pollutants such as dust, SO2, nitrogen oxides, Hg and VOCs. The bright spot of this technology lies in the combination of plasma discharge and catalyst, which reduces the activation energy of catalyst and improves the removal efficiency. The catalyst composite cloth bag was developed by organically combining weaving and impregnation technology with filtration.

The basic principle of lighting energy saving should be to reduce the energy loss in the lighting system and make the most effective use of electric energy without lowering the visual requirements of the workplace. At present, the lighting system adopts manual switch, which often cannot be switched on and off in time, resulting in a lot of energy waste.

The LED intelligent lighting system designed in this system overcomes the above shortcomings, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving. First, pyroelectric infrared sensor is used to detect whether there is anyone in the room.
