Workers' universities, amateur workers' universities, correspondence departments and evening university students (excluding graduates before examination and approval) approved by the Ministry of Education in ordinary colleges and universities, who have completed the prescribed courses and passed the examination according to the prescribed examination methods, and have passed the examination and obtained the graduation certificate, can respectively recognize their junior college or undergraduate degree according to the junior college or undergraduate degree agreed by the Ministry of Education. The education, use and salary of graduates from correspondence departments and evening universities organized by extended information workers' universities, amateur universities and ordinary colleges and universities must be approved by the Ministry of Labor and Personnel before they can do business. Graduates from these schools must reach the level of similar graduates from full-time colleges and universities in order to enjoy the same treatment.
