Advanced level is aimed at English learners (ESL) in non-English-speaking countries, which is essentially the same as Oxford Advanced Level, but the quality is indeed better, with many examples and very practical.
On the other hand, Webster's University Dictionary is not aimed at English learners. The characteristic is that the words are very concise, but it will be more difficult without the mother tongue background. It contains a large number of encyclopedias and some uncommon words and meanings, which is incomparable at a higher level.
