Tonight we will also come to the doctor to learn some medical knowledge.

Every year, the physical examination can always find out many small problems, and many people are nervous about it. After going to a big hospital for examination, you are back to the original point. Still have to eat, drink and pay attention to maintenance. So, in fact, some diseases sound scary, but they don't need treatment, so doctors and experts say!

Next, let's see which seven diseases are.

First, cervical erosion: Does it sound scary? The word "erosion" is very powerful. When I first heard the word "cervical erosion", I had already invented the terrible picture that "the cervix began to fester and stink slowly, and then spread to the whole * *". In fact, this is just a big mistake in the history of medical terminology.

The name "cervical erosion" has been abolished internationally, and it has also been abolished in the textbooks of gynecology in China. Its real body is "cervical columnar epithelial heterotopia", which is a normal physiological phenomenon.

Tan Xianjie, chief physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, said that cervical erosion is a normal physiological change phenomenon of women and cannot be called a disease. Most women with cervical erosion are only affected by hormone levels. After the hormone levels are stable, the so-called "erosion" situation will be improved.

Many women are fooled by street advertisements and treat cervical erosion and cervicitis through so-called "physical therapy". If they don't get well, they will cause unnecessary infection. When their wallets are hurt, they will also hurt their bodies. This is a big scam!

Two? Myoma: Most of them live in peace.

The word "fibroids" is too easily associated with cancer! In fact, this "tumor" is not another "tumor". Most tumors of fibroids are benign. * * Myoma is also a "frequent visitor" of gynecological physical examination, and almost one-third of mothers will encounter it. Some small fibroids are not only asymptomatic, but even difficult to find in gynecological examination, and only occasionally do B-ultrasound.

Li Hong, chief physician of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, People's Hospital of Wuhan University, said that if the fibroids are small, the patients have no obvious symptoms and the fibroids have no signs of malignant transformation, so long as they are followed up regularly. However, if the diameter of a single myoma exceeds 5cm, which is a serious situation, it is best to remove it in time.

Third, chronic superficial gastritis: indigestion

According to the survey, the detection rate of chronic superficial gastritis is 80%-90%. In the hospital, as long as you accept gastroscopy, you will get the lightest diagnosis: chronic superficial gastritis. It is difficult for clinicians to see the normal gastroscopy report that "there is no abnormality in stomach and duodenum". So almost most people have chronic superficial gastritis.

Bai Yang, deputy chief physician of the Department of Gastroenterology, Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University, said that in fact, many chronic superficial gastritis in the gastroscope report are only functional dyspepsia or non-ulcerative dyspepsia, not that the gastric mucosa really has chronic inflammation and does not need treatment at all. If you are full and have indigestion after a meal, you can eat multi-enzyme tablets and various probiotics to relieve it, so don't worry.

Fourth, breast hyperplasia: a normal physiological phenomenon

After physical examination, 8 of the girls in 10 have the problem of "mammary gland hyperplasia". At this time, many women often go to the hospital and ask the doctor, "Will breast hyperplasia turn cancer into breast cancer?" What medicine can I take to' eliminate' hyperplasia? In fact, most patients with breast hyperplasia do not need treatment at all.

In medicine, some mammary gland hyperplasia is a normal physiological phenomenon. The most typical is hyperplasia of mammary glands caused by menstruation. Before menstruation, women's breasts will be particularly uncomfortable, feeling bloated and a little painful, but after the physiological period, this pain will gradually disappear.

Jia Guocong, chief physician of the Department of Mammography of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, said that breast hyperplasia is actually a benign lesion and a normal physiological phenomenon, and there is no special treatment. Very few will develop into breast cancer, so we should pay attention to regular review. In addition, as long as you keep a good attitude every day, eat less foods with high hormones and insist on moderate exercise, you can effectively alleviate breast hyperplasia.

Thyroid nodules: 95% are benign.

Another "high frequency" disease in physical examination is thyroid nodule. Many people are very nervous as soon as they find out that they have "thyroid nodules" during physical examination. They think they need immediate treatment and are very worried about becoming "thyroid cancer"!

Teng Weiping, former chairman of the Endocrinology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, said that many people have thyroid nodules mainly because of the progress of B-ultrasound technology, and even 3 mm nodules can be seen.

In fact, "thyroid nodules" below 1 cm do not need to be worried at all, nor do they need further examination. Most of them are benign and will not become "thyroid cancer". Thyroid cancer is mostly an "inert tumor", that is, "it is lazy, doesn't like metastasis and doesn't like progress." If the nodule size is 1-4 cm, be sure to check it regularly.

Six, bone spur: it is the self-protection of the human body.

Bone spur should mean hyperosteogeny. As soon as most people hear "bone spur", they immediately think of pulling it out and trying to get rid of it. Even often think of "fracture", worrying about whether it is a small "bone spur" caused by "fracture"? Everyone was completely deceived by the name "bone spur", which is actually a kind of self-protection of the human body.

Zhang Wencai, chief physician of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said that bone spurs, that is, hyperosteogeny, are a self-protection reaction of the human body and are not the main cause of pain. Most bone spurs do not need treatment. If you want to treat it, you can only treat the primary disease that leads to bone spurs-osteoarthritis, such as losing weight, choosing appropriate exercise methods, and drug analgesia.

Pelvic effusion: 3 cm or less does not require treatment.

"Pelvic effusion" sounds terrible. In fact, the pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity of the human body are not a dry "land". Peritoneum, omentum, intestine, etc. It secretes some fluids, which usually play a role in lubricating and protecting pelvic organs and tissues.

"Pelvic effusion" is only a manifestation, not a disease, but an imaging description of pelvic effusion.

Zhang Yi, director of gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, said that almost every woman will have pelvic effusion of different degrees, and the average woman is less than 3 cm. 3 cm or less can be regarded as a normal range, and if there are no other discomfort symptoms, no treatment is needed.

"What if it is slightly more than 3cm?" If it is ovulation, menstrual period or just after menstruation, the effusion may increase slightly, but if there is no other abnormality, even if it is slightly more than 3cm, there is no need to make a fuss.
