It is located in Binzhou, the central city of the Yellow River Delta on the Bohai Sea.

Although there is no geographical advantage of international exchange and cooperation, and there is no language major, the college has always adhered to the principle of "opening schools", people-oriented, taking projects as the carrier, and actively serving teachers and students to "go global". Systematically clarified how to "go global", and issued the Interim Provisions on the Management of Students Going Abroad in Binzhou Vocational College and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Foreign Training for Key Professional Teachers in Binzhou Vocational College. In the atmosphere, encourage students to "go out", set up college students' international exchange association, carry out a series of cultural experience activities and international cultural lectures, broaden their horizons and promote students to feel the international atmosphere; On the project, students are guaranteed to "go out", and "Jiaquan Class" is set up in cooperation with Jiaquan University in Korea to provide students with "intensive scholarship", which exempts students from all tuition fees during the language study period of 1 year; At the same time, teachers are encouraged to "go abroad". College and Jiaquan University decided to cooperate to implement the "Jiaquan University Undergraduate Study Through Train Project" for our students. The project quota is 20 people per year. The program is aimed at grade 2 students, who have studied for 2 years, completed the required courses, have no bad records such as violation of laws and regulations, are in good health, can adapt to foreign life, and are interested in studying at Jiaquan University. Jiaquan University exempts students participating in the project from tuition and accommodation fees of 1 year, giving students the greatest discount and breaking the barriers for poor families to study abroad.

Korean Caotang University focuses on aircraft maintenance, and students enter the Korean Education Center of Caotang University to study Korean 1 year. After the expiration of language study, students can complete the required credits and reach the standard of undergraduate graduation, and can be promoted to the third year of Caotang University. Caotang University will award students bachelor's degree certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education of China and South Korea. Three. Existing problems and prospects

As a national backbone higher vocational college, compared with similar colleges in the whole country and the whole province, College is in a backward position in international exchanges and cooperation. At present, the scale of running a school and the proportion of teachers and students participating in international exchanges are insufficient, and the number of participants is small, which has not yet formed a strong international atmosphere.

First, there is not enough understanding of the significance of international cooperation in running schools. Due to insufficient publicity and guidance, the introduction of higher vocational colleges in developed countries is not enough, which leads to insufficient understanding of the international cooperation carried out by colleges, insufficient attention to the trend of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition in the international community, and too little understanding of the latest progress of their respective professional international colleges. Most faculty members do not realize the significance of international cooperation in running schools to enhance the core competitiveness of colleges.

Second, the scale of international cooperative education is small. At present, there is no substantial international cooperation in running schools and enrolling students, and the cooperation project with aircraft maintenance major of Korea Caotang University is being declared. Cooperation with European and American countries, because of students' language problems, few students participate in the project; Due to insufficient attention to the guidance and cultivation of students' awareness of internationalization, the overseas "undergraduate-to-undergraduate" exchange program has a weak international atmosphere on campus and few participants.

Third, the construction of international exchange and cooperation teams needs to be strengthened. Normal international communication needs foreign language talents, and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation has not established a translation team of the college. The office of international cooperation undertakes foreign affairs, including the formalities and reception of visitors, with too few staff and busy work; International cooperation in running a school is a systematic project, involving all aspects of the college. For example, the introduction of international students requires teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and perfect software and hardware facilities, and the International Cooperation Office has not coordinated enough to make constructive suggestions.

Fourth, little has been done in introducing advanced educational and teaching resources. Compared with universities in developed countries, there is a big gap between us in the macro level of school-running concept, operating mechanism, management mode and system design, and in the micro level of educational concept, teacher level, specialty setting, curriculum system, evaluation method and teaching method. It is not enough to learn from foreign advanced experience, introduce high-quality vocational education resources, rapidly promote connotation construction, and improve its own specialty setting and curriculum system.

The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" is a crucial period for international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education, and internationalization will become a new growth point for all schools. The state clearly pointed out that vocational colleges should improve the Sino-foreign cooperation mechanism and combine the "introduction" of international high-quality vocational education resources with the "going out" of China's vocational education experience; The international exchange, cooperation and promotion of vocational education should be combined with the "going out" of China enterprises and products. "Explore and standardize the overseas running of vocational colleges" and "focus on cultivating localized talents to meet the overseas production and operation needs of Chinese enterprises".

International exchanges and cooperation in vocational education should not only focus on the domestic market, but also participate in the formulation of international standards for vocational education, so as to enhance the international influence of the national vocational college skills competition.

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the internationalization level of the college will be comprehensively improved, making the level of international exchange and cooperation in a leading position among similar universities in China. Seize the opportunity, actively integrate resources, explore the establishment and construction of international education colleges, and fundamentally reverse the passive situation of international exchanges and cooperation between colleges.
