I. Enrollment Plan
Is it expected to recruit in 2023? There are 3,950 full-time graduate students and part-time graduate students 1.200 (the actual enrollment is subject to the number of plans officially issued by the Ministry of Education).
Second, the training objectives
Love the motherland, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, support the socialist system, abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and the people, have a solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge in this discipline, have innovative spirit, innovative ability and ability to engage in scientific research, teaching and management, have strong ability to solve practical problems, be able to undertake professional technology or management work, and have good professional quality.
Third, the type of enrollment.
According to the type of degree, it can be divided into academic master's degree and professional master's degree, and according to the learning method, it can be divided into full-time master's degree and part-time master's degree, directed employment master's degree (employment according to the directed employment agreement) and non-directed employment master's degree (two-way employment by the graduate himself and the employer). Part-time graduate students in our school only recruit on-the-job or directional employment graduate students, and the admission method is directional employment.
Iv. application conditions
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Love the motherland, support the leadership of China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. The physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state.
4 academic level must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid;
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma (undergraduate diploma);
(3) Those who have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state for two years or more (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) and have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state and meet the following three conditions at the same time can apply for the exam as an undergraduate graduation equivalent: in the past three years, they have published academic papers related to this discipline and this major with the first author in CSCD or CSSCI core journals; Minor in all major undergraduate courses of your major; In the past three years, my CET-4 score has exceeded 425.
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
5. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registration, and submit the certificate of "consent to apply" issued by the training unit to the Graduate Admissions Office of Hunan University before registration confirmation. If you are admitted through the second interview, you must drop out of your training unit.
(two) to sign up for the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions:
1. A person who signs up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in the application conditions (1);
(2) The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
2. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in the application conditions (1);
(2) The major you studied before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, law graduates in the form of self-study examination, and those who have obtained the second bachelor's degree in law can enter the examination).
3. Those who apply for the research direction of Law (Illegal Studies) and Law (Law) "Prosecutorial Theory and Practice" must have at least 2 years' experience in procuratorial work in addition to meeting the requirements of Article 65438 +0 and 2 above.
4. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students majoring in business administration, public administration, engineering management and education management must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in the application conditions (1);
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, meet the relevant academic requirements of the enrollment unit, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
5. Accept the recommendation of graduate students.

Sixth, sign up
Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation.
(1) Online Registration:
1. Registration time:? 20221October 5th 10 to1October 25th 10, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day. Forecast time: September 24-September 27, 2022, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day.
2. Please log on to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (public website:, education website:, hereinafter referred to as "Yanzhao. com") at the specified time to browse the application instructions, and register according to the online announcements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education entrance examination institutions, enrollment test sites and enrollment units.
3. Candidates should carefully understand and fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements, and choose the registration point. If the online confirmation, examination (including initial examination and re-examination) or admission cannot be made because it does not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
4. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or re-fill in the registration information by themselves, but each candidate can only keep one valid registration information, and the registration information will not be re-recorded after the deadline, and the registration information may not be modified.
5. During the registration period, check the candidates' academic qualifications (student status) information online. Candidates can check their academic qualifications (student status) online. Candidates who have not passed the online education (student status) verification must complete the education (student status) verification before the end of the online newspaper.
6. Candidates who have not graduated from our school must fill in the candidate's own test number in the backup information 1 of the online newspaper information. When selecting non-graduate self-taught candidates for online confirmation in Hunan test center, they need to provide their ID cards and academic credentials.
7. Candidates with the same academic qualifications must submit proof materials that meet the registration conditions (see 4. Please go to the Admissions Office of the Graduate School before June 25, 2022, and you can apply for online confirmation only after passing the examination.
8. The "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" is expected to enroll 50 students. Candidates applying for the "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" need to go through the qualification confirmation procedures at the Ethnic Education Department of the Education Department (Education Committee) of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government before online registration, and send the signed and sealed Registration Form for Postgraduate Candidates of the 2023 High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities (indicating the registration number) to the Admissions Office of the Graduate School of our college before June 30, 2022.
9. The "Graduate Enrollment Plan for Retired College Soldiers" is expected to enroll 20 students. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who are enlisted, discharged from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to graduates, students and freshmen of full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students and second bachelor's degrees, and graduates, students and freshmen of ordinary undergraduate colleges (higher vocational colleges) recruited by adult colleges, the same below]. Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers, fill in their pre-enlistment information, enlistment information, retirement information and other relevant information as required, and send their male (female) application for citizenship approval and a copy of the certificate of discharge from active service (indicating the registration number) to the Admissions Office of our graduate school before June 30, 2022.
(2) Online confirmation: completed according to the regulations of each registration point.
(3) Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide real materials as required. Candidates who fail to take the test (including the initial test and re-test) or accept the test due to incorrect information or false information in the online newspaper shall bear the consequences themselves.
Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. Our school will not be responsible if the candidates cannot be re-examined or admitted because of this.
(4) After successful online registration, candidates should take the initiative to learn about the examination arrangements and epidemic prevention requirements by consulting provincial education entrance examination institutions, registration points and official website, and actively cooperate to complete related work.
Seven, examination qualification
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, candidates' application information and online confirmation materials will be comprehensively reviewed to determine candidates' examination qualifications.
If the registration information provided by the candidates does not meet the registration requirements, the examination will not be given. Candidates who fail to pass the online education (student status) verification shall not take the test if they fail to complete the education (student status) verification within the specified time as required.
Eight, the initial test
(a) candidates should be about ten days before the exam (subject to the notice of the research network), with the username and password of the online newspaper login "research network" to download and print the admission ticket.
The admission ticket is printed in A4 format with white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use.
(two) candidates with the download and print of the "Admission Ticket" and valid identity documents to participate in the initial test and retest.
(3) Initial test time: February 24 -25, 2022 (8: 30 am-165438+ 0: 30 pm, 65438+04: 00 pm-65438+07: 00 pm). For subjects with more than 3 hours or special requirements such as drawing board, the examination time is February 26th, 65438 (starting at 8: 30 and ending at no more than 14: 30). The first test method is written test.

Nine. qualification test
The school strictly examines the qualifications of candidates before the second interview. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be re-examined. Candidates hold the following materials to participate in the qualification examination, and pay the re-examination fee:
① my admission ticket;
② My resident ID card (original and photocopy);
(3) Academic degree certificate (original and photocopy) (fresh graduates hold student ID cards);
(4) the electronic registration record form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (recent graduates hold the online verification report of the academic status of the Ministry of Education);
⑤ University transcripts (official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the University or official seal of the archives management department is required).
Re-examination
(1) The school independently determines the basic score line of the re-examination, and each training unit determines its own re-examination score line according to the enrollment plan, test scores and the difference re-examination ratio (not lower than the basic score line announced by the school), and thus determines the list of candidates for the re-examination. The second interview mainly examines the candidates' innovation ability, professionalism and comprehensive quality, including written examination of specialized courses, listening and speaking test of foreign languages, comprehensive interview of majors, ideological and political quality and moral assessment. The time is generally in the middle and late March 2023, and the re-examination method will be announced to candidates through the websites of graduate schools and colleges before the re-examination.
(2) Candidates who participate in the re-examination with the same academic ability must try at least two professional undergraduate courses related to their major in the re-examination, and the way to try is written examination. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Engineering Management or Master of Tourism Management may not take the exam.
(3) Fresh graduates of adult education, self-taught candidates who have not yet obtained the undergraduate diploma at the time of re-examination and online education candidates should add at least two professional undergraduate courses related to their majors at the time of written re-examination.
(4) The identity of minority candidates shall be subject to the ID card checked at the time of application, and shall not be changed at the time of re-examination. Ethnic minority areas shall be subject to the Summary of National Ethnic Regional Autonomous Areas published by the relevant departments of the State Council.
(five) the initial total score plus points policy is strictly implemented in accordance with the scope and standards stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Candidates who apply for extra points should submit relevant supporting materials to the Admissions Office of the Graduate School before the qualification examination.
Xi。 Allow entry
According to the enrollment plan issued by the state, the re-examination admission method of the school and the results of the candidates' entrance examination (including preliminary examination and re-examination), combined with the students' usual academic performance, ideological and political performance, professional quality and physical health, the list of candidates to be admitted is determined.
The application information confirmed by candidates will not be modified at the admission stage, and those who do not meet the conditions will not be admitted. Candidates who fail or fail to complete the examination of academic qualifications (student status) shall not be included in the proposed admission list for publicity or reporting. Candidates who violate the rules in registration and examination will be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Regulations on Enrollment Management of Postgraduates in China. Those who practise fraud (including students who are admitted without examination) will be disqualified according to relevant regulations once verified, and those who are serious will be investigated for legal responsibility.
This year's undergraduate graduates and candidates who can graduate through self-study and online education at that time have not obtained the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the Foreign Academic Degree Certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and their admission qualifications are invalid.
After the freshmen report for duty, the school will conduct a comprehensive review of their ideological and political quality, moral character, professional quality and health status. Those who do not meet the standards will be disqualified and admitted according to relevant regulations.
Twelve. physical examination
The physical examination will be arranged in a unified way after the freshmen register for admission, and the specific time will be notified separately. The standard for passing the physical examination shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Thirteen. Academic system
The basic academic system for full-time degree graduates is 3 years, and for full-time professional degree graduates, the basic academic system for arts, law (illegal studies), engineering, architecture, urban planning and cultural relics museums is 3 years, and the basic academic system for other professional types is 2 years. The basic academic system for part-time graduate students is 3 years.
Fourteen, tuition and scholarships
(1) Tuition standard: The postgraduate tuition standard is based on the document Notice on Strengthening the Management of Postgraduate Fees in our province (No.99 of Xiangfa Reform and Fee Increase [2018]).

The school has set up graduate scholarships, grants and national scholarships, and set up teaching assistants, research assistants and management assistants to provide support for graduate students to complete their studies.

(a) the number of students enrolled in the "Hunan University 2023 Master Admissions Discipline Catalogue" is the number of students enrolled in the examination, excluding the number of students exempted from the examination. The number of people who sign up for the exam will change (increase or decrease) according to the number of enrollment plans officially issued by the Ministry of Education and the actual number of students admitted.
(2) Full-time postgraduate accommodation is subject to a voluntary application system, and the school provides housing for freshmen to choose from within a certain range according to the existing dormitory resources; Part-time graduate students do not arrange accommodation.
(3) The mode of study is part-time graduate students, and the relationship between personnel files and wages is not transferred to our school, and they do not enjoy academic scholarships, graduate grants and national scholarships.
(4) Our school does not hold any form of postgraduate counseling classes, does not provide examination questions and review materials over the years, and it is strictly forbidden for any department and staff of the school to hold or participate in postgraduate counseling activities. Students are not allowed to hold or participate in illegal activities related to exams such as cheating and false propaganda. In case of violation of regulations, the responsibilities of relevant departments and personnel will be investigated. If there are immediate family members or interested parties who apply for graduate students in that year, the relevant personnel of graduate enrollment must avoid the whole process. Postgraduate enrollment is subject to the supervision of candidates and society, and those who have objections can report to the research and recruitment office of our college.
(5) If the new postgraduate enrollment policy is issued by the state in the enrollment year of 2023, our school will make corresponding adjustments and announce it in time.
