The project construction cooperation agreement of Shilin Campus of Southwest Forestry University was formally signed on July 1. According to the agreement, Southwest Forestry University will build the "Southwest Forestry University Shilin Campus" project in Shilin County.

Shilin campus is located in Shilin (omitted) Datun area. Among them, the land for higher education development is 492.894 mu, and the land for affiliated primary and secondary schools is 1 16.28 mu. The long-term school scale is 20,000, with a planned total investment of 2.48 billion yuan and a construction area of 596,000 square meters.

Among them, the land of this project is 8293 14 mu, and the construction scale is 344,500 square meters, of which the underground area is 4 1.300 square meters (civil air defense area is 6,000 square meters). The total investment approved by the feasibility study (including engineering costs, other construction costs, preparation costs and loan interest during the construction period) is about17.46 million yuan.

The total planned investment of the project is 2 billion yuan, and the planned investment of the first phase is165438+200 million yuan. The project covers an area of about 1379.4 mu, and the teaching building, training building, student apartment, student canteen, multifunctional lecture hall, library, affiliated primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and related infrastructure will be built according to the relevant indicators of higher education. The construction period of the project is 5 years, and the first investment project will be completed within 3 years.
