After more than 50 years of construction and development, the college has accumulated rich experience in running schools and a strong faculty. At present, there are 1 17 teachers, including professors 1 1 and 29 associate professors. Tang Baoxin, Wang Jialing, Wang Zhanmei, Yang Runyin, Yang Zhonglin, Zhang Keli and other scholars with outstanding academic reputation have all held teaching positions in the college, trained many outstanding talents, and won many teaching and research awards and honorary titles at or above the municipal level. There are also a group of young teachers with high professional quality in our college. A group of young teachers such as Liu Jinjuan, Ji Xiaoting, Yan, Feng Zhijing, Zhang and wang hong won the first and second prizes in the basic skills competition for young teachers in colleges and universities in the city.

In 2003, our college became the "teaching special zone" of Tianjin Normal University, and explored and practiced new mechanisms and methods in teaching management, curriculum construction and practical teaching. At present, there are more than 50 rules and regulations with nearly 60,000 words playing a role in the management of colleges and universities. These rules and regulations are the basic basis of college management.

The college has strengthened the right to speak of expert committees and teaching supervision teams in teaching work.

The expert committee is composed of professors with high reputation in teaching and scientific research, and has the decision-making power on academic related issues such as title evaluation, talent introduction, paper award, and scientific research project declaration. The teaching supervision group has a detailed teaching plan and summary every semester, and has a veto power over the evaluation of teachers.

The term of office of the college department and teaching and research section is two years. The limited tenure system is convenient for planning the term goal and taking corresponding responsibilities, and at the same time, it is helpful for cultivating young teachers, discovering talents and reducing the interference of administrative work on teachers' professional level.

The college has realized information management. The college has an office network, and teachers can keep abreast of the latest teaching trends and read various documents without leaving home. Students' thesis topic selection, topic declaration and tutor determination are all done online. After the defense, the students' graduation thesis is made into a CD and kept permanently.

The college also has an examination center. Most foreign and professional courses have been tested, and the test center is directly responsible for setting questions, marking papers, managing and analyzing scores. Make the examination more scientific, feedback information more accurate, and play a greater role in promoting teaching.

The graduates of our college have solid foreign language skills, excellent professional skills and strong practical ability, and enjoy a good reputation in society, which is favored by employers. The employment rate of graduates has always been at the forefront of the school. The college attaches importance to student work. Hui nationality in Deng Yan is a municipal advanced student collective, which has played an important role in cultivating students' ideological and moral and cultural literacy. The college has held a series of lectures on growth for students, and invited many returned scholars to tell their personal feelings abroad, so that students can better understand the similarities and differences between Chinese and western cultures. The annual foreign language festival organically combines student club activities with professional learning, with more and more contents and more students participating, and gradually becomes a brand project of student activities in our college.
