The TV series "Dragon Sakura" is adapted from a comic book, which tells the story of lawyer Sakuragi leading six underachievers to be admitted to Dongda University. In the end, Long Yingli was admitted to the University of Tokyo. They are Yasushima Nagsuke, Fonai Yoshisaka and Ichiro Xiao Ye.
University of Tokyo 1877 was born. It was formed by the merger and reorganization of "Tokyo Kaicheng School" and "Tokyo Medical College" during the Meiji Restoration. It is the first national comprehensive university in Japan, with four departments of science, science, literature and medicine and a university preparatory school. Some of its departments can be traced back to the period of Emperor Lingyuan. In 1897, the school was renamed "1886" and "Imperial University of Tokyo". After World War II, 1947 was officially named "Tokyo University".
