The Institute of Foreign Languages is a second-level teaching unit in bohai university, which consists of English Department, Eurasian Department and Applied English Department.

There are seven undergraduate majors in English, English education, Japanese, German, French, business English and tourism English, and graduate students in English and Japanese course teaching theory and English subject teaching are enrolled.
